Quiet and Relaxing Stay

Pros: Great stay! The hotel is very near the airport yet surprisingly quiet, which made it very relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and serviced daily. I loved the pool access room — perfect for a quick dip anytime. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant Ang Ku served great food. Nai Yang Beach is just a short walk away.

Pros: I booked Proud Phuket since it was close to the airport - as an initial base. As it turned out, this was our favourite hotel of the entire trip. The hotel itself is beautifully set out - pools, gym, dining area etc. staff were exceptionally welcoming & helpful. Breakfast was also very good. In addition to this - we had everything we needed in the Naiyang area. Restaurants, 7/eleven, street food/markets and a gorgeous beach 5 minutes walk away. Short of a longer stay, we couldn't have wanted for more.

Great stay before or after a flight

Pros: The room was clean and really nice. We had a pool access room so could dip straight into the pool from our room. The main pool area was nice with the day beds to relax. Staff were very friendly. It was a short walk to the beach where most of the dining and bar options are

Good value for money for a short stay!

Pros: Great location near the airport, good breakfast selection. Comfortable and clean.

Cons: Staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. We asked for late check out to be told that we need to pay £200 for a nights stay even though we only needed the room for an extra 3/4 hours. The swim up pool is really nice but there are no sunbeds/chairs to sit on the balcony.
