The Bell Airport Phuket Hotel - SHA Extra Plus

Pros: Good location, close to airport, food, drinks and shops in walking distance. Beach, Massage and lots of touristy restaurants 10 -15 minutes walking. Great staff, very helpful and quick. Airport transfer free of charge. The room was comfortable, air conditioning worked and the bathroom was clean. Overall, great value for money. Recommended for short stay 1-2 nights.

Great little hotel, perfect place to stay the night before an early flight.

Pros: Location was perfect for the airport & the free shuttle is great. We didn't eat at the hotel as we arrived fairly late but there seemed to be a nice menu. Lovely outdoor space, with small pool and seating area. Not the most glamourous place but for the money, it is more than acceptable and excellent value for money.

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect for our needs.

Pros: airport transfer to and from the hotel is a great plus and works very well; room is spacious; bed is big and comfortable; AC is working well; new drinking water every morning; pool in the middle is refreshing; relatively close walking distance to main road with small restaurants and 7eleven; wifi is fine - but you need to reconnect everytime you turn on the laptop or get back to the room with phone, but the process is quick; bathroom is OK with basic amenities

Cons: could be closer to the shops and beach - but you know about it when booking the hotel; hotel is on side street that looks dark in the night - but the street light is has motion sensor and turn on when people are there; sound insulation is not that great and you can hear is something is going on outside (mosque prayers, etc.); I was always struggling a little bit with the lock on the foor; hotel restaurant seemed to be closed everytime I was considering to eat something there; all these are minor incoveniences that some might not even notice

Pros: Great hotel to spend the night before your flight back. Transfer to the airport was free.

Cons: The doors to the rooms aren't sound proof at all. So as soon as the first person is dragging their luggage across the hallway in the morning, you are awake. But atleast you won't oversleep and miss your flight, so I guess it's a useful feature of the hotel.

Great hotel, clean and affordable.

Pros: Clean, affordable and friendly staff. This was a last minute booking for us and still extremely affordable, we loved the stay and it was great to have the free shuttle to the airport.

Cons: We loved our stay, especially if you want to be near the airport and about a 20 minute walk from Nai Ya Beach (a must!). We didn’t find anywhere to eat out, but the 7/11 is next to the hotel and great.
