Pros: This place was perfect, set away in the jungle it was just what we needed after two weeks of moving around Thailand. Charoon was so helpful, communicating with us via WhatsApp. The room was spotless and comfortable, we were able to check in a little earlier too which was appreciated. Charoon helped us out arranging tuk tuk and even gave us a lift to the 7:11 (is about a 10 min walk) breakfast also offered traditional Thai options which staff were keen for us to try. This is a little sanctuary and we’d love to come back to this one. Felt like we were in the middle of the jungle!

Cons: No negative comments at all.

Great small hotel

Pros: Super friendly staff who can't do enough for you. Eg. We left at 5.30am to catch a plane. They provided packed breakfasts for us! And saw us off personally at that time. 5 minutes off a main street with loads of bars and restaurants, many beach front.

Cons: Very hard bed, imo. My partner was fine, so I must be sensitive!

Great local stay with excellent service

Pros: Great clean rooms, swimming pool, lovely local breakfast, complimentary dinner on late arrival on first night. The staff were wonderful. 15 min walk to shops and restaurants and great local beach

Pros: The accommodation was in a great location, not crowded at all, and felt private and peaceful. The owner was very kind and helpful, he organised scooters and taxis.

Pros: This is truly a wonderful place. The villas are beautiful and situated in a stunning setting. Here you'll find peace and a real jungle atmosphere. The owners and their staff are super friendly and hospitable, true ambassadors for Thailand. We will definitely come back here.

Pros: The accommodation and the garden are beautiful, and everything is very clean. The swimming pool is great and has a nice temperature. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the two ladies from the staff are really very sweet. The dinner was very tasty. After a long journey, it was nice to have a good meal on the day of arrival and to relax. We also received a meal on New Year’s Eve. In addition, we had our laundry done, which was cheap and well taken care of. We did not rent a scooter, so we depended on Grab and taxis. For drivers, it was sometimes difficult to find the accommodation. During the day it is also very hot to walk. Navigating to the nearest 7-Eleven helps. Later, through the owner, we got in touch with a nearby tuk-tuk service. For 50 baht, they take you from the accommodation to the 7-Eleven, which is very convenient. The staff can also arrange a taxi, but it is best to agree on the price with the driver in advance.

Cons: We missed the option to order something small, such as coffee, drinks, or food, while staying by the pool. It would be nice if this were available against payment .For both taxi and Grab drivers, it was sometimes difficult to find the accommodation. Extra or clearer signs would make it easier to find. Beds in Asia are often a bit harder, but these were exceptionally hard for us. Perhaps a mattress topper could help. In addition, a larger mirror would be nice, for example to brush your teeth, put in contact lenses, or apply makeup. All in all, it is a lovely place, but with a few small improvements the stay could be even more comfortable.

Lovely place to chill.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The host (Colonel) and his wife as well as the staff are super nice and friendly willing to go out of their way to arrange activities for you. The place is wonderful. Clean and quiet. Tropical retreat like place with only 6 units at the entire resort. Everything is very well maintained and cared for. Great value for the money. Will come again!

Cons: The location is a little bit far from beach but if you are up for a 10 min walk through quiet local streets - not a problem. I suggest rent a scooter if you are staying any length of time. Host can arrange it for you.

Pros: It is a small resort, almost like a home stay. The owners were absolutely fantastic and will do anything for you. Everything was clean, tidy and a lot of work goes into that. Day trips can be organised with ease and the home cooked meals (at no charge mind you) were better than restaurant quality

Quiet little Haven

Pros: Beautiful small haven tucked away an easy 10 minute walk to main street. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. We were treated to beautiful home cooked meals through out our stay for breakfast and occasional dinners. It was really a highlight of our stay getting to know them. Highly recommend this place of your after a quieter more personalised experience.

Cons: There really wasn't anything not to like!
