Pros: The location and staff - no question or request is too small for them. A special mention to JJ who works on the front desk who is super lovely and made our stay extra special!

Overall: Everything else was great, the staff was amazing, and I really enjoyed my stay!

Pros: Very friendly and attentive staff. One of the staff even fed me some green pancakes when we were hungry before an excursion — they were really delicious! Excellent location. The rooms and hotel area are cozy and comfortable. The staff responds quickly to any issues.

Cons: One day I got bitten by ants in the room, but as soon as I told the staff, they immediately took care of it. The shower drain didn’t work well.

Pros: Amazing staff, helpful, informative and extremely efficient. Well designed rooms that are immaculate and spotlessly clean, comfortable beds with crisp white linen.

Pros: Good location, close to beach and main restaurant area, 5 min walk. Light continental breakfast was bonus.

Cons: Bed was too tough for my taste, the occasional street noise, if some tuned car drive through.

Cons: No lift …. But it is only two flights of stairs

Bright and central hotel by the beach.

Pros: Great staff and location right next to the beach and Ao Nang Landmark Night Market. Bright and cheerful coulours and simple decor. Simple but nice breakfast.

Cons: Hotel is on a busy road and close to a night club, so light sleepers will need ear plugs. Otherwise request a room on the other side.

Very impressed

Pros: Clean modern hotel in a quiet location. The staff were very kind and helpful. Little informal breakfast is provided every morning in reception which was unexpected and appreciated. A great place to stay if you want to avoid the mayhem of the main town and yet be less than one minute walk from the wonderful night market and all that yummy food

Cons: We had a top floor room at the front with a huge window, but not much of a view . No balcony which was a shame. Also a bit of noise from the road at night but it is a very quiet side road not a main road.
