Perfect stay

Pros: Our stay was so nice, no noise at all (and this is difficult near Ao Nang). Was super clean, the stuff was available for any request. A really really peaceful stay!

Comfortable place to stay in a quiet area

Pros: The staff was really helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view to the garden. The area is quiet (it is not too close to the city center).

Pros: The staff was so friendly! They tried to help us as much as possible. Like a 10 minute walk to the beach ( but along the street, no footpath ).

Cons: The location did not have too much to offer, but that was mostly due to it being near to Songkran, so most of the restaurants/cafes closed. The beach was close, but the \

It has Good location and is good value for money.

Pros: It had good internet, very close to 7 eleven, restaurants, laundry and other stores, it is close to a main road that goes straight away to the beach. The property has a good common area. The rooms were cleaned, and they provided cleaned towels every day. It has a coffee area, with cookies and milo. Also you can rent a motorbike in the property.

Cons: The communication is very difficult, because the staff speaks very very few English.

Pros: The place is lovely and clean, and the owners are absolutely the sweetest. The room is big and clean, and has a good AC. The terrace overlooks the beautiful green back area, which was soothing. The only thing I could say, is that traveling with a baby, we had to get a tuktuk or car to get to town/the beach. They have scooter rentals, which seems like a great option for others. You get free cookies, water, and coffee, and there are coffee shops on the same street (there is not much more around the hotel). Lovely place, and lovely people!

Cons: If you don't rent a scooter, it's about a 20 min walk to the beach, or a short tuktuk ride. But it was too warm to walk on the main road.

Great stay

Pros: We had a great stay here. The room got cleaned everyday, fresh towels and water each day. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. 30 minute walk to ao nang beach. 5 minute taxi.

Good room. Decent location

Pros: Penthouse room. Great view, good room, good WiFi. Terrace outside penthouse is public and causes privacy issues. 4th floor no lift

Ok location

Pros: The staff was nice and there was a good area on top of the hotel.

Cons: The air conditioner didn't work properly, not very clean, it smelled inside the room

Pros: Very nice family run hotel. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly. It wasn't too far from the beach and there were excellent dining opportunities just across the street.

Pros: Good hotel with clean rooms. A bit outside but therefore its calm and with a scooter you are everywhere quickly. They also rent scooters at the hotel.
