Excellent stay in a great location with friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to local beaches and the Ao Nang Night M

Pros: Really great location in Krabi, close to two of the beaches. Short walk to the Ao Nang Night Market where there is great food options and stalls. The property was clean and had the benefit of 2 pools (one rooftop and a smaller one on the ground floor). Staff very friendly and helpful on arrival and check out. Easy location to be able to base yourself for day trips to Railay and other islands.

Cons: The bathroom had a glass partition between it and the main bedroom. There is a waterproof blind that can be pulled down for privacy, but felt like an odd design choice and we weren’t aware of this until we got to the property

Perfect stay

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at Navinda Krabi Hotel. The room was lovely and spacious, and having direct pool access was a fantastic bonus that really made our stay feel special. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in, always happy to assist with anything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the busy streets of Krabi, with plenty to see and do nearby. All in all, a wonderful experience - I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Cons: Nothing.

Cons: The. Moon deck apartment could have done with a parasol upstairs

Beyond my expectations

Pros: I liked everything. The position is right in the center of Ao Nang, the room is silent, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast is abundant and of high quality. There are two swimming pools. The thing I liked the most is the extreme kindness of all the staff, which went further beyond my expectations.

Great location

Pros: Staff were friendly. Great location. Very large rooms. Until the last night I would have said nice and quiet. Beds were comfy and air conditioning was nice and cool. Walking distances to beach and night market. Breakfast was good. Beautiful Pool on the roof with lovely views.

Cons: Our family had 3 pool side rooms and some guests were jumping into the pool, swimming and yelling until well after midnight. One of our rooms was right beside reception and it was so loud there so was a bit frustrating that the staff did not ask them to be quiet. Not sure why say there are pool hours if you don’t have to follow them.

A wonderful stay!

Pros: We loved everything about our stay in Navinda. The rooms are spacious and modern, the location is great and the staff are super friendly!

Very nice hotel

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was large with two balconies, a large bathroom and large lounge/bed area. This was in a great spot and in walking distance to Ao Nang front beach and markets.

Cons: This was our third hotel in Thailand that smelt of moisture/mildew - I’m assuming because of the weather.

Pros: Amazing pool and rooms, comfortable beds. 3km from main beach and night life

Navinda almost perfect

Pros: People, service at mealtime when I had some specific dietary issues the staff were sublime. Mealtime typically excellent. And breakfast, there were enough options for people like me with dietary issues. Would have preferred more non-fried options as fried/greasy food makes me very ill. ,But soup clean and egg cook attentive. Natural yoghurt full of sugar was a negative, though. Bread baked with butter is not something I could eat, and why put butter in bread anyway ?? So no toast for me. Coffee machine not good though and expresso always turns out a long black. But lovely setting for meals. Shower great, room size perfect and balcony very comfortable.

Cons: As above, too much greasy/fried food. Natural low fat yoghurt unsweetened and real espresso coffee. No butter in bread. Maybe steamed vegetables (no oil/butter), steamed dumplings ...?

Overall really satisfied stayed here. Very recommend to others.

Cons: 1. No lower water hose in bathroom. Difficult to take 'wuduk', wash legs and swim suit.
