Pros: - the location was good - the gym was descent - big pool for relatively few guests

Cons: - some beds were too hard - breakfast had only very few items to choose from, not worth it given the location - the shower water temperature was not stable

Pros: Room was very spacious and clean great WiFi. Spacious private balcony and very peaceful. Staff are exceptional making you feel welcome and looking after us during our stay.

Very nice but take care of AC

Pros: Very nice apartment, very quiet in the night which was important for us (we had the room closest to the street and it was very quiet, rest of the rooms are probably even better), pool (cold water as it's between the building - shade), close to the center and beach (10 min walking), lots of shops and restaurants around, very nice personnel - reception, breakfast staff and guards, free water everyday.

Cons: AC cleaning wasn't done for ages (picture), expensive but we booked last minute monotonous breakfasts (3 days ok).

Great for remote working and nearby island hopping

Pros: Fast stable WiFi to work remote (inc video calls on Teams). Elevator. Convenient location across 7/11. Nice staff. Let me store luggage while I went to nearby islands overnight. Clean. Quiet (at least my room was). Close to various piers for nearby islands. I liked it so I extended my stay.

Cons: Despite the luxury positioning the apartments are quite basic. However, I had other priorities I valued more like reliable WiFi to work so wasn’t an issue, just flagging for some.

Perfect location to explore Ao Nang while enjoying a peaceful stay

Pros: - Friendly and helpful staff during breakfast - Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms - Excellent location on Ao Nang’s main road, within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and shops, yet still very quiet - Nice swimming pool with toys provided for kids, which our child really enjoyed

Cons: - Our child accidentally broke a small bowl during breakfast and we were asked to pay for it immediately; we were told this is standard policy, but it felt a bit unusual - The hotel is close to a mosque, so you can hear the prayer calls - The property feels a bit impersonal at times, as some apartments are privately owned and rented out, which makes the overall experience feel less cohesive
