Lovely hostel but my card was stolen by another guest

Pros: Very modern and clean, great social areas and breakfast

Cons: My bank card was stolen out of my bag in the dorm when I used the shower. Fortunately I had no cash or valuables in that bag so only the card was taken. But they then proceeded to try spending over £2,500 between Louis Vuitton and Christian Dior. If I wasn’t only transferring money to that account as and when I needed to draw money out, thousands would have been taken! Carry your valuables EVERYWHERE with you, even into the shower cubicle!

A happiness trip in Phuket at Marco Polo hotel

Pros: this place offered a free breakfast, the area is quiet and safe. Very close to the Old town, easy to book a tour go to the islands, go to Patong beach,....All staffs are really nice , friendly and support for guest. These ladies at the Reception desk were super nice and supporting. I definetly will back Phuket and stay at Marco Polo again.

Cons: not really, everything was okay with this cost. nothing to complain.

Pros: I love the space downstairs and the open area on the back!! Backfast was decent and the hostel was clean!!!

Pros: Good value for the price, in a good location. Comfortable and clean bathrooms. Small room but with everything you need.

Cons: The mattress is too hard and uncomfortable, really annoying. The breakfast was quite poor.

delightful stay

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was pretty central to local shops and old town phuket. It was easy to get to by local transport (8411 bus direct from the airport- 100 bhatt one way). Would recommend to traveller looking for an easy comfortable stay and would return to this hostel myself.

Cons: breakfast was limited but was still nice to have. A couple of options would have been preferred

Pros: Good place and walking distance to old town Phuket

Cons: Female room bathroom should only be open for females. That’s all

Pros: It was a nice stay, clean beds and bathrooms. Not lot of noise, near to main old town street. Perfect balance of comfirt, peace and location.

Pros: Excellent Relaxing Very Clean Facilities Maintained by Dedicated Friendly Caring Owner/Manager Ms Fern and her well trained Staff- Receptionists Kim Joy and the Housekeepers True Fluke & Meen- they have become like my family members

An excellent hostel

Pros: A very good hostel at a very good price - the best one I personally stayed in in the old town area Very close to the old town, they offer a free breakfast at this price you ain’t getting any better

It was good it's very safe for solo traveller

Pros: It's clean and comfortable it's very near to all the location

Cons: Breakfast should be better and room was very small
