Lovely and friendly

Pros: Good location. Clean and fresh. The staff has everything you could possibly want. They have good local knowledge from having lived here for a long time. Extremely friendly and they go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. A Good vibe and a chill atmosphere ♡

Wonderful stay at an awesome well-run hostel

Pros: I had a lovely stay at this fantastically well-run hostel just feet away from Phi Phi harbour. The staff - Lulu, Aew and Nhui were amazing. Nhui especially as he is a very cheeky boy with a wicked sense of humour! My fun interactions with him were a highlight of my stay. The place was pretty clean and my bunk was spacious with a comfortable mattress. Even though I am a mature traveller, and most of the other guests were young backpackers, they were all really friendly and respectful of hostel etiquette. The outside space is good to have a drink and socialise, and again - the location could not be better. The WiFi was good as was the air con. Incredibly cheap.

Cons: I loved everything and would highly recommend.

Pros: The staff were really friendly and helpful, i was made to feel welcome and sit with them in the evening and enjoy a drink and chat. it was nice to have lockers with locks supplied. This is the first time i have stayed in a dorm bed for many, many years as an older traveller, and i really enjoyed my stay. The beds compared to the ones years ago give you a lot more privacy! 🙂

Pros: Really lovely property, in the perfect location. Everything is accessible but it is not loud at night or full of drunk loud people. Super clean and super lovely staff. Met some lovely people in the dorms as well so was very social.

Pros: Lovely location right next to the pier, nice quiet hostel but a great place to meet other travellers. Not a party hostel but many people did go out each night. Despite the big 16 bedded rooms, everyone was respectful and quiet at night.

Pros: The staff in there are wery welcoming. Place worth to stay as is close by to main restaurants, night life and beaches.

A home away from home 🏡

Pros: This was my 3rd year staying here. it’s the best hostel on the island and comes down to the PEOPLE - the most incredible humans you will ever meet. great location, rooms always kept extremely clean, free coffee biscuits and bananas! You can book all travel, tours and laundry with ease too. See you next year ❤️ phi phi family xxx

Pros: Great location, clean like an emergency room, wonderful staff..... I would give 12 Points, when possible.👍😉.

Pros: Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este hostel y vale la pena. Muy bien ubicado, y libre del ruido de las discotecas, por lo que se puede dormir muy bien. Staff el mejor, te ayudan en todo, super amables y divertidos. 100% recomendable

Hostel perfecto para tu estancia en Phi Phi

Pros: La ubicación era perfecta tanto desde el muelle hasta las zonas más turísticas. El espacio donde dormíamos era muy limpio y había un espacio grande para tu equipaje y cosas personales. El staff era de 10, muy amable e interaccionando continuamente con los huéspedes. Además, aunque yo no lo contraté a través de ellos, sé que te podían arreglar las excursiones a los lugares de interés. Los espacios comunes se limpiaban cada día, como los baños, pero es cierto que siendo tanta gente al final del día pues estaba un poco más sucio que a primera hora, pero no por falta de limpieza, sino por el uso. Otra cosa que me encantó es que las cortinas eran oscuras cosa que te permitía dormir sin problemas y, en general, los huéspedes fueron silenciosos en las horas de descanso y apenas se escuchaban ruidos (no se oía nada de la zona de fiesta a pesar de estar muy cerca).

Cons: Había cierto colapso en horas punta para la ducha pero tampoco supuso grandes tiempos de espera.
