Dormsin Chill

Pros: When I arrived, I could check in immediately (earlier than expected). The owner and employees were so welcoming and friendly. You could ask them anything (boat trips, laundry, ferry ...) or just have small talk. I was at Phi Phi for diving and the owner recommended me a very good dive center. If you want to be on your own, it's possible (you have a lot of privacy). If you want to get to know other people, it's also possible (you can join a groupchat of the dorm and you can make contact with everybody in the hostel really easily). Every night they offer you a free drink and that's an easy icebreaker to get to know everybody. I actually loved it so much that I extended my stay for another day. I asked for the extention and it was immediately okay.

Pros: Amazing stay, highly recommend if you are looking for a non-party hostel, owner was amazing

Sound hostel. Chilled. Clean. Not a party hostel.

Pros: Sound. Miss the extra pillow. Was always clean. Not a party hostel. Probably wouldn't have extended if it was. Friendly and helpful staff. Sociable in a relaxed way. Provided free water and towels, and shower gel. AC all day. Fridge to use. And hot water. Large lockers. Nice common area.

Cons: Could use a curtain/separation between reception and dorm. Blankets for tall people, mine was a little short. Honestly though this place was sound, if you are nice and not a raging party animal book it.

Chill stay!

Pros: Such a great time at Dormsin! The cubby style of the beds was very comfortable. There were gathering spaces and a group chat to help you meet people.

Cons: For being a mixed dorm the bathroom wasn’t too bad, but it still was a little gross at times.

Pros: The location was great! In a quieter part of the main town block, but only a minute away from the entertainment. Additionally, the owner was very welcoming and could give lots of insights on the island scene - plus the free 8pm cocktails were a nice cherry on top.

Pros: The hostel has very friendly people in the room and in the evenings there is a great hang out spot on top on the hostel to meet with everyone with the first drink being free. I really like the owner who made us feel very welcoming with advice on the sites of Koh Phi Phi. Will come back to stay here again.

Cons: Nothing much. There were some noisy people coming back at 3am from the bars into the hostel but that is not the hostel's fault. some people just dont read hostel rules.

Pros: - Jason ist der beste Gastgeber mit tollen Tipps, gemeinsamen Veranstaltungen und einem WhatsApp Travelguide - Mega Lage - Es gab ein und zwei Personen Schlafkabinen - Handtücher werden bereitgestellt, sind teilweise aber fleckig - Sehr coole Dachterrasse - Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Cons: - Die Toiletten- und Duschkabinen waren leider sehr eng, sodass alles nass war (Latschen im Badezimmer wären toll) - Mehr Abstellfläche im Bad wäre super

Pros: Very nice place to stay in phi phi. The owner Jason is super friendly! You can meet other travelers on the rooftop. Close to everything.

Cons: Some travelers should learn to respect people privacy and do their business elsewhere than in the middle of the dorm.
