NIce people run very nice place!

Pros: Great value for money. Nice people around. Spacious place incl.rooms. Calm place. Perfect place to relax cause nothing was triggering here. Reviews are real, place is fresh and really good.

Cons: I imagine that it could be annoying if you dont drive a scooter, cause it like apprx.3km form sea and Bangla road... I had scooter, I liked even more that i had to drive everywhere, its 5-10min with scooter from any place in Patong.

Pros: at first I booked for 3days and when I came here I prolonged my stay for a week more and later I prolonged my stay again

Perfectly suits to rest and to live a little bit like local :)

Pros: Modern interior, rooms and common areas are super spacious, its new place, always clean, there is big fridge, kitchen, living room. Owner family are very nice and warm people. Looks too good to be true, but I prolonged my stay twice from 3 days to apprx. 2 weeks in total.

Cons: If you don't drive scooter, you might get tired to go and get back to city center / sea / etc.. Make sure you have international driving permit or at least avoid going to south of Patong where Police stops all tourists on scooters. If you have a scooter - its fun to go around to do stuff, here around the place everything is cheaper than in the city center, scooter pays off 100%.

Pros: Nous avons passés 15 jours dans cette maison d’hôte, les propriétaires sont à l’écoute et ont répondu à tous nos besoins. Un hébergement très agréable loin du bruit et de l’agitation seulement le son de la nature. Nous reviendrons!
