Pros: Self check-in, responsive owner, close to the center but quiet, scooter rental next door

Cons: No string on balcony to drain shorts, towels.

Very clean, new and comfortable apartment type stay in a great location close to shops and restaurants!

Pros: Great location, very clean, comfortable big beds, free in house washer & dryer facilities.

Lovely place to stay in a good location.

Pros: This is a modern place to stay with a lovely cleaner on site. It’s a good location, about a 10 minute walk from everything. The bed is comfy but maybe slightly too soft. There are washing and drying facilities available for your clothes too.

Cons: As I say, the bed was slightly too soft, but this was welcomed after staying 2 nights in Phi Phi on a rock hard bed!

Super modern and huge room, the most comfy bed!

Pros: Very comfy bed, massive room, washing machine available, nice shower. Automatic code for entry and exit made it very easy.

Cons: The sound of people coming in and out was quite loud so got woken up a few times but the area itself was quiet.

Cozy and comfortable.

Pros: The place was very clean and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Having the clean pool and the washing machine facility are an excellent bonus. Excellent beds and a large TV for amazing comfort. Clean toilets.

Cons: Sometimes it was a slightly hard to get in touch with the hotel staff. Out of the 2 bookings we made, the second time we were stuck outside the hotel roughly for 45 minutes because there was no one to attend our call or open the door. That being said, the couple that serves at the hotel are lovely and helpful and always ready to assistance however they can. I'd love to go back whenever I am down in Kata
