Close to beach and restaurants

Pros: A short walk to the beach, about 15 minutes, and close to shops and restaurants but far enough to have a fairly quiet street and get a good night's sleep. Had everything you'd need for a short stay.

Cons: The air-conditioning took a while to work so it would often be quite hot in the room. The room was a little bit dated.

It's a comfortable stay!

Pros: Hosts and staff are very friendly and helpful. Provided advice about where to go for food and activities when we checked with them. Easy walk to the streets for shopping and food, and to the beach too! Daily cleaning of rooms, with change in towels, bath towels and 3 fresh bottles of mineral water daily.

Cons: Nothing. But rooms are not on ground floor, and there's no lift up. Easy flight of stairs to climb though.

Best accommodation in Thailand so far!

Pros: This was hands down the best accommodation we’ve experienced in Thailand! The location is perfect—situated in a peaceful area, even at night, yet just a 5-minute walk from two 7-Eleven stores. Both Karon and Kata beaches are within a 10-minute walk, and there’s a charming day/night market nearby with delicious food. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Communication was easy as they spoke English well, and they kindly allowed us to check in an hour early, which was a huge relief since I was feeling unwell and needed to rest. This was the only place we stayed that provided free beach towels, and the room even had a smart TV, allowing us to stream YouTube and other videos straight from our phones. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back in the future!

Pros: Daz, Bibi and Joky were excellent hosts and a great help. My advice would be not to leave any spilt food on the floor because you might invite small ants.

Good value for the money - i would recommend.

Pros: Cleanliness of the room 4/5, service in hotel - they also rent motorbike, tours, tickets, everything in one place. Accomodation is in quiet street, thats good.

Cons: Maybe a little bit more cleaning would make better impression.
