Studio Room with private kitchen and Bathroom

Pros: Very nice and helpful hosts, offered us help with every question and our activities. We felt very comfortable. The accommodation is great value for money, the outdoor area is really beautiful and the room was very clean. We would come back any time.

PHUKET TOWNS HIDDEN GEM

Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tim was very accommodating, friendly and helped with information for where to find anything like where to eat, markets & events. I had a nice room around the back, very peaceful at night and the room had everything I needed, also the internet was strong the entire time and didn't cut out. I will definately be going back here again when I return. Thanks for Everything Tim & Pam ❤️🙏

Pros: The room is far from the beaches yet could be a very good choice for those who is interested in old town or wants to visit Monkey Hill. Still you will need a taxi or bike to go there. I have chosen the Studio becouse its 7 min walk from Bus terminal 2 - perfect location for travelling to Samui. Studio itself is far from being fancy, but it is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is very good equiped, wifi is fast, pool is clean and all the area is very nice.

Pros: Ev sahibi çok yardımcı olmaya çalıştı ve konaklama öncesi hızlı iletişim kurdu bizimle. Odamız yeterince büyüktü. İçerisinde ihtiycımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Lavabo banyo oda içersinde değil ama çıkışta yan tarafta yine odaya aitti başkası kullanmadı. Yakınlarında seven eleven market vardı. Tesisin bahçesi çok temizdi düzenliydi. Çıkış sonrası çantalarımızı tesiste bırakmamıza izin verdiler. Bunun için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Buraya gelsem tekrar burada konaklamak isterdim net.

Cons: Tek problemi şehir merkezine uzaklığı ama taksi ile trafiğe bağlı olarak 10-15 dk içerisinde gidebilirsiniz.

Great hotel, amazing owners!

Pros: I booked this room for 37 nights and I had a great time in Tim & Pat's place. The owners are great, very helpful and it was a pleasure to meet them. They were very responsive even before I checked in. I asked for early check-in and they were very accomodative. They even gave me their personal phone number so the taxi driver can contact them if there was a problem. Very smooth and easy check-in process. Regarding the room. It was very big, they even accomodated my request to have 1 queen and 1 single bed in the room. There was a new fridge and a small but fully functional kitchen. The AC was good and relatively quiet so no problem there. The pool was not huge but it was great to relax in. The place was very quiet (excluding couple of loud customers but thankfully they didn't stay long). It is an amazing place if you are looking for a place to relax in.

Cons: There was only 1 negative thing and it is relevant only to my room. I am not sure if this is because i booked a cheaper room or because I was just unlucky. But my room was the only room that the bathroom was outside the room. The bathroom was next to my room. To clarify, this was not a common bathroom, it was a private bathroom for my room, it was just outside which can be a problem when you need to get up in the middle of the night and go to the bathroom. Also even though there is a pump in the hotel, the water pressure was not very strong. Finally you definitely need a way of transportation to go around in Phuket because there are not many interesting things to do in the area.

Pros: Comfortable and cozy place. Wifi is good. Has AC and a full equipped kitchen which is a plus. Host is very helpful and responsive. 7 min walk from bus terminal. It's far from center but I wanted to stay one night only in Phuket so being close to terminal was a plus.
