Overall the stay was comfortable and I'm happy with available facilities.
Pros: For my needs It was placed best. And everything is just a step away so I was very happy with it. It was very clean and the host was approachable and kind enough to welcome us and was easy to reach out.
Cons: Actually nothing... except that if it would have been a little bigger room... but since I stayed for a less time in the room, it did not really matter. When booking no where it was mentioned that the room is in 1st floor, I assumed it's on the ground looking at the pictures. There is no lift on the property. Carrying the big luggage was challenging. We had to carry them on our own. Either a lift or someone helping with carrying luggage would be very helpful.

Pros: Friendly host. Clean room. Good location - close to the night market and just a short walk to the beach. Nice and quiet at night. Decent bathroom.
Cons: Sadly, the only view was that of a huge building site. Not the host's fault.

Pros: We had booked 2 rooms for a brief stay before the departure. The pricing was nice, cutlery, fridge and chairs were a great addition for a small room. Balcony is great to dry your closes and seat in a shadow. Keep in mind that depending on the room the balcony view is either to the street or a much more silent area on the other side of the building. There are also several beach mat rolls. The beach is fine. Not amazing, but not bad. You can check up live corals during low tide and a huge dead coral island in the northern part of the beach.
Cons: In one room there was a safe, but it was already locked, and in the other room there was no safe. Totally not a problem for us, but keep in mind if that is a decisive point for you and check with the host.

Clean and cozy and everything you need around
Pros: Location 7 min from the beach, 7eleven . Many restaurants and massage shops + small markets for food and clothes and the temple 5 min walking I booked in the last day in Phuket it’s 10 min from the airport

Fint rum med bra läge
Pros: Jättefint rum, allting såg nytt ut. Stort kylskåp, köksutrustning och brödrost. Fanns en soffa i rummet, för en till person eller att lägga väskor på. Bra läge, nära till strand och till marknaden.
Cons: Det fanns ingen personal som mötte oss när vi kom. En tjej i en glasskiosk ringde till en dam som kom och öppnade för oss Ingången ser inte så inbjudande ut, en järngrind och sedan en mörk gång fram till dörren. Lite jobbig trapp med höga trappsteg. Liten balkong, med utsikt till ett bygge ( med det rår ju inte hotellet för)

Pros: Czystość i wyposażenie pokoju, co było w pełni zgodne z zamieszczonym opisem.
Cons: Po przyjedzie próbowano nas skierować do innego hotelu pomimo iż personel posiadał informację, że dokonaliśmy już opłaty, ponieważ kategorycznie odmówiliśmy bo byliśmy już zmęczeni drogą a poza tym wybieraliśmy opcję blisko lotniska okazało się, że pokój jest dla nas dostępny. Poza tym pomimo dokonanaj opłaty i uzyskaniu potwierdzeni , że została ona dokonana dostaliśmy trzy wiadomości z prośbą d dokonanie dodatkowych logowań na wskazywany login i podanie dodatkowych danych fo karty, gdy odmówiliśmy wskazując na dokonanie opłaty przestały przychodzić w/w wiadomości.

Зачем куда-то ехать, когда рядом с аэропортом отличное место!
Pros: Просторный чистый номер. Балкон, чайник, холодильник, посуда, хороший кондиционер. 5 мин до пляжа, рядом магазины и кафе с шикарным завтраком. От аэропорта пешком 15 мин. В номере очень тихо, не смотря на то, что в наш приезд под окном начались работы по благоустройству. посадили великолепные старые деревья, так что через год вид будет лучше!
Cons: На полу в душе оставалась вода. Обещали устранить, но, мы останавливались ненадолго, поэтому результата не увидели.
