Small and Comfortable Residence near Airport

Pros: We booked the Residence, because it was Nearest to the Airport, because our arrival time was late since we do not want to pay anything full day for a resort rom. Area is of course not fancy, but is has shopping areas and small restaurants. Apartment house was small, but good for one night with a bigger group. It is a guarded area, so you feel very safe. Management is friendly, answered our WhatsApp messengers very quickly. The price service relation was great.

Cons: There are no cons, but as mentioned, we were only one day. The apartment is small, it has in general everything, but do not expect a luxurious apartment (no own swimming pool). So, bring mosquito killers, but this is not the default of the management. We might have not booked this residence with kids for a longer period.

Pros: Great clean house, 2 floors, has everything. Spacious bedrooms, private parking. Quick check-in. Great hosts.

Pros: The residence is just 10 min to airport by car but a bit distant walk to the main road. The admin prepared and provided lot of information for us. The house was spacious and full furnished.

Cons: We checked in late at night and the house did not provide enough towels and blankets for the number of guests, which caused inconvenience. The admin brought them to us the next morning.

Good for a quick overnight stay, but not ideal for a vacation

Pros: The apartment was spacious with a comfortable sitting area and a TV, perfect for relaxing. The washing machine was a big plus, allowing us to get some laundry done before heading home. The host was incredibly communicative, providing all the necessary details before our arrival, arranging a punctual airport transfer, and offering great recommendations. The location was convenient—close to the airport and just a short distance from the beach, making it ideal for our last day.

Cons: These are just suggestions, as we stayed here only for convenience near the airport on our last night and didn’t mind these aspects too much. The apartment is more suited for short stays like upon arrivals or departures, not for a vacation. There weren’t enough kitchen utensils for five people to eat. The apartment felt quite dark, with no sunlight reaching the living room or kitchen. The terrace lacked a table or chairs to sit outside, and there were no clothes hangers in the closet.

Pros: Very clean, close to the beach and the location is good. Close to fresh market. You could take a taxi/bolt to center of Phuket. The host was helpful and friendly but didn’t speak too much English (communication is very easy if you can speak Thai). The place was very spacious and good value for the amount of money spent. Would recommend!

Cons: You need to buy cleaning service, would be better if it was included in the price. We bought our own tissues, plastic bags and broom to clean 😅

Amazing stay

Pros: Location is very close all areas villa very clean no insects staff are very friendly and helpful they provided for us everythings we asked for. Very easy check in we extended our stay coz we felt like home the beach nai yang is very close we will come back definitely to this villa Thank you 👍👍

Brilliant!

Pros: The location is great! 20 minute walk (maximum) to a lovely beach area with plenty of lovely restaurants. The house is comfortable and only a 5 minute drive away from the airport!

Cons: Initially we were given a house that was really not great at all, but as soon as we raised our concerns we were moved to lovely house as soon as they were able!
