Highly recommended

Pros: Great spot! just a few minutes walk from Mai Khao beach. Surrounded with nature and super quiet. Laundry facility was very convenient. Netflix in place when you need to chill and watch a movie. The host family were great and very helpful. Excellent restaurants and a bunch of convenience store nearby.

Great calm bungalow to relax in Phuket

Pros: Superb calm location in MaiKhao village, 15 minutes drive from airport. great communication with the host and the bungalow did have everything we could need. Grab works perfectly for transport, food and convenience store orders. Bicycles provided free of charge and makes it handy for quick shopping. 7/11 is 10 minutes walk away and accepts credit cards. Supercheap24 is around 30 minutes by walk. Cash only. Sunshine Steak restaurant has excellent food with great prices.

Cons: Bicycles provided were really handy but it would be better to have a basket in front for better supermarket shopping. The knives need to be sharpened. They were sort of useless. Not a big deal, we bought stuff from Supercheap 24. The bungalow is 10 minutes walk from Maikhao beach which is endless and beautiful but it is impossible to swim during rainy season. If your objective is action Maikhao is not for you unless you hire a scooter. Taxi ride to Patong is around 1 hr and to Phuket old town is around 1.5 hrs

Perfect Property

Pros: This is the most wonderful property i have stayed in. The love and care that the owners give is beyond generous and as a single traveler i was in luxury. They left real coffee and 6 large bottles of water and high quality kitchen wear. It is perfect for a couple, children could not respect how much work someone went to to make this perfect little holiday home. You get free decent adult bicycles, the gardens are gorgeous, the pictures of this property do not show how lovely this little house is. It is a mini heaven

Cons: There could have been a second fan in the bedroom as i don't like to keep aircon on all night. So i had to.carry the fan all of 10.meters so whaa-whaa i am a big baby

Tolles Haus in bester Lage

Pros: Schönes Haus in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern da und haben noch 2 Matratzen zum Schlafen mit ins Zimmer gelegt bekommen. Das hat wunderbar funktioniert. Die Lage ist super. Der Teil der Insel ist recht ruhig. Nicht überlaufen, der Strand ist toll, fällt aber schnell ab also nicht perfekt für kleinere Kinder. Richtig gut ist, dass es kostenlos Fahrräder gibt, so ist man in 2 min am Strand und in 5 min am Laden und bei den Restaurants. Haben allerdings meistens selber gekocht. Phuket ist recht teurer. Im Ort kann man alles bekommen was man braucht. Es gibt eine Apotheke, Wechselstuben, mehrerer Supermärkte, Auto- und Rollerverleih.

Cons: Die Küche ist ganz okay ausgestattet. Für die 4. Person fehlten ein paar Sachen, aber das war kein Problem, wir haben uns arrangiert. Mit mir einen Kochplatte zu kochen ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Was fehlte ein Tisch zum gemeinsamen essen. Wir haben am Couchtisch gegessen.

Pros: Очень гостеприимный хозяин, в доме чисто и аккуратно, есть все необходимое, хороший диван на кровати, спать было удобно. Проживали 5 дней, остались очень довольны. Во дворе есть зона барбекю, велосипеды, стиральная машина с сушилкой. Отдельно хочется отметить ухоженность территории, растения, которые поливают. Территория просматривается камерами, поэтому было спокойно и безопасно, это мой первый опыт проживания в Таиланде не в квартире и не в отеле. Обязательно вернёмся и будем рекомендовать друзьям.

Pros: Прекрасный дом расположенный в 5 минутах ходьбы от пляжа. Пляж очень комфортен, малолюдный, с возможностью размещения под деревьями в тени. В доме очень чисто, много полезных и удобных мелочей (вода, стиральный порошок и т.п.). Видно что владельцы искренне заботятся о своих гостях и продвижении бизнеса соответственно.

Pros: We like everything! Very nice location, great bungalow where we found everything we needed. Even sleepers and dish soap! Little house is in great location, very quiet. Very clean. The hosts are amazing!

Pros: Очень хорошее место положения по отношению к морю, магазинам и кафе ( на велосипеде везде 3 минуты, пешком 7- 8 ). Хозяин очень отзывчивый на все просьбы реагировал очень быстро. В доме просторно не большая кухня с кофе машиной, кофе и воду по необходимости приносит хозяин но нужно ему об этом сообщать, полотенца и бельё тоже по запросу приносят в это же день есть стиральная машина общая. На территории всего два домика в ста метрах от дороги очень тихо и уютно.
