Treehouse Holidays-Family house

Definitely worth it, we had an amazing stay that’s why we prolonged it!

Pros: The property was so thought out, the treehouses were stunning and the area isn’t crowded or loud at all. You can really get at peace here. The staff was very helpful, gave tips on what to do and helped renting bikes, kayaks, whatever you wanted. Also the boss gave free yoga sessions in the morning, which were very relaxing!

Cons: The property was again: amazing, but we did have a little misunderstanding that wasn’t solved correctly in our opinion. We rented some bikes for our stay, but we ended up prolonging our stay by another night. We had already paid for the bikes in advance so we still expected the bikes to be picked up on the day we agreed on and made sure to plan something on our last day where we wouldn’t need the bikes. At the end of our last day, the boss visited us and expected us to pay for another day, even though we never talked about renting it for another day. We understood that there was a misunderstanding and were willing to compromise by paying for one bike and then the resort paying for the other. The boss didn’t agree and after a long conversation we still had to pay for both bikes. We were very disappointed in this, because it did change our opinion of the place…

Rustic treehouse could do with a little more detail.

Pros: Exactly what to expect with a treehouse stay, was pleasantly surprised to have a bathroom inside the house as the photos look to be external. Mosquito net was much needed and already up when we arrived. Staff helped sort a brilliant scooter for our trip.

Cons: Staff didn’t know we were arriving but after showing booking.com confirmation they managed to sort this for us. Mattress was uncomfortable and could feel the springs in my back, towels could do with being slightly better as they were very old.

Fabulous

Pros: It’s paradise. You are in the middle of the jungle in complete silence, far away from any noise. There’s a lovely beach full of palm trees nearby. You shower looking at treetops and id you want, you can practice yoga and you have every facility to cook. Ning, the lady who runs the place was helpful and kind beyond words. She helped me have my bag fixed that fell apart, made me coffee when I had a headache and even picked me up from the other side of the island after I went canoeing. She was absolutely wonderful and thanks to her i had nothing to worry about.

Adventure und Ruhe

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht, haben uns roller und transfer etc. organisiert. Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit einem Touch Adventure. Bei unserem Family-House war die WC-und Duschanlage ausserhalb, aber sehr gepflegt. Da es im Wald liegt ist auch die Temperatur in der Nacht sehr angenehm.
