Clean, comfortable house in a great location, but some construction noise.

Pros: The house was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop was spacious and a great place to relax. There were plenty of towels and cooking utensils provided, which was very convenient for our 8-day stay. The location was excellent , within walking distance to Laguna Beach, an amazing beach, and about a 15-minute walk away. We loved the surrounding area, especially the beautiful lake and park nearby.

Cons: The house has three floors, so it might be tiring for people who prefer to avoid too many stairs, especially those staying on the third floor. There was ongoing construction directly facing the house, which was quite disruptive and annoying.
