Fabulous location, clean and friendly.

Pros: The location was excellent and easy to navigate. There are a lot of excellent places to eat in walking distance as well as plenty of places to shop. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. Excellent value for money.

Pros: The room had a great location! 🤩 It was was located close to the Patong beach, to Bangla street with all the nightclubs and close to all the main attractions of Patong! A big food market and two big shopping malls were located nearby! The owner Adam and his wife are very lovely people - hospitable, cheerful and welcoming! 😊

Cons: Our room was unexpectedly on the 4th floor and there is no elevator in the building - so it was quite a challenge with suitcases to go up and down! Please, take this into consideration, and better ask the owner in advance, on which floor your room is located! But the main problem was the air-conditioning: apparently, most of the rooms in the guest house don't have it, having only ceiling fan instead. So fan was obviously not enough in such hot days - it was not possible to sleep at night. (( So we kindly asked the owner Adam to fix the air-conditioning and he was kind enough to call the maintenance promptly. 😊👌After the air-conditioning was fixed, our stay was much more comfortable! 👌They charge extra 300 Bhat (about 9 euro) per day for air-conditioning.

Pros: Отель очень комфортный и чистый. Даже работает кондиционер. Спасибо большое администраторам за помощь и вообще за то, что сразу отвечаете на любые вопросы, и моментально реагировали на любые просьбы. Супер отель что бы просто приехать и поселиться. Очень чисто, без всяких насекомых, лишних запахов. Всем советую!!!!

Pros: Nagyon jó elhellyezkedésű a hotel. 5 perc sétàra a Bangla utcától. Közelben minden elérhető. Éttermek, moror bérlés, 7 eleven.

Cons: Nincs kiírva a hotel neve az utcára. Nem volt hajszárító.

Pros: Очень удобное расположение, приветливые очень хозяева, понравилось что есть выход на крышу где можно посидеть под небом с видом на город. В номере полотенца туалетная бумага , чайник вода питьевая, чисто. Есть и вентилятор и кондиционер , это удобно

Cons: Не был внимателен при выборе , оказался номер без окна, и я не обнаружил отверстий вентиляции, душно не было ,если жить вдвоем , то может быть душновато. За 6 ночей проживания в номере не убирали, и смести с пола песок , поневоле принесшийся с пляжа , было нечем Кровать на колесиках , неудобно что отъезжает от стены, если присесть Но это мелочь, Впечатления хорошие
