Pros: Just nice for a good sleep, the room and bathroom are clean. Very quiet place yet very near to Patong Beach, shops and 7-11 just a few steps away. Plenty of Halal restaurant around. They provide daily room service.

You can choose this if you are looking for an affordable stay

Pros: Property has a good location. And the good thing about this is it is very cheap and very affordable. Also, there is a bike rental shop just in front of this property. There were actually no staff regularly and almost everything was self check n check out kind of. It is near to Bangla Street so kind of accessible for everything. But over all the rooms were clean.

Cons: The property has only one bathroom for two rooms and is also outside the rooms so it makes little bit difficult and inconvenient. Balcony is not that good , It is small and not well maintained.

Was very happy with this stay

Pros: My friend and I booked a room at the same time here. I ended up staying in the attic in a small bedroom with a couple in the room nextdoor which was a funny little situation, my friend got a room on the middle floor that was much larger and had a balcony. Two very different experiences but to have had my friends room to socialise at and my attic room to disappear to was actually great. Clean throughout. Really liked this place

Pros: Location was great, the room had everything I needed.

Cons: Windows provide zero noise reduction. Bring your earplugs if you come.

Pros: Everything was good. Clean , quiet , not far from the beach and everything in Patong . The lady who runs the place is really nice and helps you with everything. Very nice place.

Perfect stay

Pros: Everything:) Quiet located in a side street, but everything pretty close in walking distance. Room was nice, clean and well equipped with a wardrobe, water heater and fridge. Comfy Bed & nice terrace to have a coffee or beer after a beach day. Staff is so friendly & helpful. Little problems are fixed fast and easy. Good restaurants around, Kusuma Seafood in the same street is pretty good & cheap. 7/11 is a minute away. Will definitely stay here again when back in Patong. Thanks for everything & enjoy the beer I couldn’t take with me and left in the fridge:)

Great 2 week stay, no issues, friendly staff and conveniently located.

Pros: Stayed here for almost 2 weeks, great location, super friendly owners and hosts, close enough to the action but still not too loud at night, will definitely be back.
