Such great value for a place that’s quiet, comfortable and close to nature

Pros: This is such an amazing hotel!! You basically have your own, private beach, there’s massage literally next to your bungalow, food is GREAT at the restaurant and even though the hotel is quite secluded, you can get to anywhere in 20-25 min with a taxi. Staff is super nice too, they really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. What might be important factors for others (I didn’t really mind any of these): - There’s only cold, salty ocean water in the room (since it’s super hot in Thailand I wouldn’t even want other, but my husband missed his hot showers) - no electricity between 6 AM and 6 PM (didn’t bother us at all) - lots of mosquitos after 6 PM (get a repellent) So yes, these need to be taken into consideration if they matter to you. Personally, I really enjoyed this nomad setting, and I’m a sissy traveler. :)) Highly recommended!

Cons: It's hard to get Grab driver. Once you get used to where to turn and ride a scooter in the dark jungle, it's not too bad but if you are concern, better hire a car. It's in a park and they do not have electricity. They use a generator. You get electricity 6pm-6am. I wish till 7am, though. They mention me when I made a booking. So I was aware and I was OK with this condition. This is trade off to be in nature and I have done many times. I wish they have more local dishes for breakfast. I wish I can see the beach from the room.

Great charming stay at the beach in the middle of nowhere

Pros: A lovely private bungalow in the middle of nowhere. The beach feels like a private one. Electricity is provided during the night - there is a pretty loud generator but as you have the ventilation running you do not hear that at all. The owners offer amazing food and can organize transport really easily!

Cons: If you want luxury the place is not for you. The shower could use some new hose.

Perfect for a short getaway

Pros: The view, the staff and the food are absolutely 10/10. Some people say the rooms are small, but for 2 people they are big enough to also have 2 suitcases on the floor and have enough room to move around. You can have a scooter brought to the resort, which is very convenient. They can also arrange taxi pick ups and activities for you. And most important: you get somewhat of a private beach. Please ask for the banana coconut milk dessert, it is really nice (but not on the menu). Bonustip: at low tide you can visit the Island on the left and find fossilised fish jawbones :)

Cons: There is no hot water, and the water is somewhat salty. As almost everywhere in Thailand, the mattresses are hard. Still, I think this place is a must visit as it is good value for money. The \
