Pros: Modern apartment with fully-equipped kitchen, two big TVs, washing machine and a walk-in closet. The location is in general good, especially if you have a bike or a car. There's two beaches nearby where you can swim: Nai Harn and Ya Nui. A lot of good restaurants and shops on Rawai. Special thanks to Valentin, who was always easy to contact to and solve smaller issues we had.

Cons: Loud music from the nearby bars at the evenings (however, they close at 12). Sewerage smell in the room (time to time).

Предлагаю попытаться обсудить ситуацию с громкой музыкой с хозяевами прилегающих кафе.

Pros: Кондоминимум достаточно свежий. Удачная планировка помещений подкупает. Очень удобно для двоих. Есть все необходимое. Кухонные принадлежности, мебель, оборудование. Ресторан в зоне бассейна понравился. Вкусно, цены приемлемые и на еду, и смузи, коктейли и напитки. В части насекомых - только маленькие муравьи, но если не оставлять еду вне холодильника, не беспокоят. Один раз за 16 дней встретили ящерицу. Есть паркинг. Проблем с местами не испытали. У бассейна приятно. Вид с 8 этажа красивый.

Cons: Окна номера на 5 этаже выходили на дорогу. Шумно от транспорта с 6 утра и до 3 часов ночи. Под окнами - между кондо и дорогой - кафе. Музыка заучит с 9 вечера до 2 часов ночи. 5 дней в неделю. Слышно очень. Репертуар разнообразный. Иногда тяжелые басы бьют в окна. На пляж нужно только ехать на машине или на байке. Обратите внимание, в оплату входит вода и электричество по нормативу. При расходе сверх норм - доп оплата. Нам на двоих хватило. Не экономили.

Pros: Хорошие апартаменты, достаточно свежие, из бытовой техники основное присутствует. Очень удобно и практично - наличие гардеробной!

Cons: За месяц проживания ничего плохого не заметил.
