Great value nice spot

Pros: Apartment is renovated and very new inside, good appliances, good space (maybe 50 square meters), bed is very comfortable, two large TVs with youtube, good fast internet. For the money really good deal. Convenient motorbike parking underground with direct access to large road, no traffic, super fast to get to Anhui beach, Promthep cape, and Rawai beachfront for restaurants. Food delivery very convenient also.

Cons: Not much, location not the best if you want to be in the middle of bars area but if you like tranquility this is great.
