Perfect stay
Pros: We stayed here for 4 nights on out travels. Our room was directly facing the beach really beautiful setting. Everything was perfect, huge balcony, a good shower room and a kitchen. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The owners are absolutely wonderful people really lovely, very helpful too.

The best host in the area!
Pros: We have visited this area 6 years ago and fell in love with the beach! So this year we decided to stay on Nai Thon as long as possible to enjoy the festive season with our little son. The area is perfect for families and easy going holiday. There is couple shops, lots of street food and friendly restaurants and massage salons obviously. The hotel was perfect for our needs, the host and his family are the best - we were a bit of a trouble customers, but all our needs were resolved and we got the best and most understanding service ever! Couldn’t be more happier about location, room, cleaning service, friendly smiles and very helpful manner all along. We definitely will be back!
Cons: Tons of plastic garbage on the streets … but I think its everywhere on Phuket anyway… Sadly not much has changed since our last stay in 2018…

Perfect location.
Pros: The owner and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. I booked a transfer from the airport, and despite our flight being delayed, our hosts were there to meet us with huge smiles. We were given a recommendation for a restaurant which we used which was excellent. The hotel is just a few steps from the beautiful beach, and all bars and restaurants are within a ten minute walk, so it is a perfect location.

Best ever beach and accomodation!
Pros: I was in the anex just across from the beach On the ground floor like requested loved it!

Pros: I was very happy staying at Naithon Beach Residence. The Hotel is very close to the beach. A relaxed beach with not to much people. Mr.Chusak Cheasakul and his whife was very nice and helpful. My departure flight was in the late afternoon and I could do late check-out from my room. They also pict me up and drove me to the airport.

great place at naithon beach
Pros: nice place to stay at northen side of the island, close to airport (15-20min), pharmacy, cafes, convenience store and bunch of local fruit stands literally on the same street hotel is, beach right across the road! Room was spacious and clean, kitchen was well equipment with fridge, pots, even ricecooker! old tv had static but it wasn't a problem since it had few foreign channels, wifi was great, will come back again! p.s be sure your luggage is light since the building doesn't have an elevator!
Cons: i expected modern electric kettle instead of manual(?) one, but its fine. shower cord was too short which made bathing a little bit uncomfortable.

Good value, clean and handy for the beach.
Pros: Nice room a couple of hundreds of metres from the beach. Clean and well kept. Host is friendly and helpful. No food provided but the restaurants along the sea front are good.
Cons: The place was a little difficult to find because the ground floor looks more like somebodies front room rather than a hotel.

Как всегда, все отлично - дом, пляж, гостеприимство.
Pros: Как всегда, все отлично! Господин Чумак организовал встречу в аэропорту. Останавливаемся в его доме несколько лет подряд. Очень гостеприимный хозяин, все необходимое в номере есть.
Cons: Нет такого. Единственно, следующий раз попросим этаж пониже. Уже стало тяжело подниматься …

Pros: Очень довольны! Наш номер был с кухней,в которой было все необходимое, даже мультиварка.Нас встретил в аэропорту хозяин отеля. Заселили раньше времени, так как была такая возможность. Магазин рядом. Уборка, постельное белье, шампунь и мыло, вода всегда обеспечивала Тэн. Любой вопрос помогали решить. Полотенца и подстилка для пляжа, что очень удобно есть.Единственное неудобство, это шум работающих холодильников внизу,мы были на 3 этаже, в 201.Работает один наш канал. Спасибо Chusak за заботу и помощь, Тэн за чистоту в номере и внимание к нашим просьбам
