Value for money and comfortable !

Pros: Great location and comfortable. The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. Would definitely book my next stay here.

Cons: Reasonable especially during season and it’s got a great view especially from the penthouse!

Pros: I really liked the staff and the hilltop view overlooking Patong. The room size was decent, the pool was good, and we enjoyed hanging out with friends. The Bluetooth music setup was a nice touch and added to the overall vibe.

Fantastic would definitely stay again

Pros: Staff were very helpful, site was very peaceful and not to far away from the main streets. They will rent you a scooter to help going to and from the Main Street.

Pros: This hotel is amazing, especially the staff. They were welcoming and ready to help the whole time, even when I needed extra time to stay before my flight. The rooms themselves are nice and spacious, and the view from the terrace is pure beauty. I'll come visit the hotel next time for sure!

Cozy stay in relaxing atmosphere

Pros: Located far away from busy Patong area. Staff was super friendly. Also possibility to rent scooter. Pool is very refreshing.

3 nights at Baan

Pros: Friendly manager (and likes cats 💓). Is open to extra wishes and acts uncomplicated. Rooms are big and quiet. The place is anyway on a hill and away from the stress in the main area of Patong. Wonderful view above the city by day and night from an extra viewpoint with a bench to have his own beer and calm relaxation. Nice small pool, put your own music. Hahaha. Bike rental with good conditions. I liked it.

Cons: It's a bit more difficult with public transport. But with a scooter no problem. Otherwise a bit longer to wait for the Grab taxis.
