Perfect family stay - great value, clean and modern

Pros: Perfect little place for our family of 5. Clean, modern and well equipped. A couple of restaurants nearby and close to a fab street market.

Cons: A little out of town but we knew that. Very small fee in a tuktuk to beach/ walking street.

Stay was good overall ..

Pros: Facilities provided and they responds very well and act quick for our needs.

Cons: The first apartment we checked into had a bad smell coming from the drainage and then we were moved into another apartment where the tube didn’t have proper drainage and the water flows out and gets clogged near the toilet.

Pros: Location was good , property was well maintained and clean . The manager, Zin I guess ,was extremely kind and helpful and had our backs throughout our stay for every kind of query . Would recommend this stay for a quiet private experience in Phuket near the bustling neighbourhood .

Cons: One of the doors of the washroom near the entrance couldn’t be locked . That can be looked into .

Very pleasant stay!

Pros: Good value for money. The unit is very quiet and cozy. Rooms are spacious and clean. Facilities are well maintained. The owner is also very kind and helpful.

Cons: Aircon is a bit noisy. 15 min walk from central area for dining and shopping, which may be inconvenient for some.

As convenient as being at home.

Pros: Overall, it's very good. The residential area is right by the roadside, making parking very convenient. It's very quiet at night, you can't hear any outside noise at all. It's very close to the Malin Night Market, within walking distance, and there are also convenience stores nearby. The kitchen facilities are complete, and the bathroom is very clean. The housekeeper is very nice; we arrived a bit late on the day of arrival, and she waited for us patiently.

Cons: The showerhead cannot be fixed in position, making it a bit difficult to shower.
