Cheap, Convenient, Charming

Pros: Room space, cleanliness, easy to have the whole place cooled with AC, all facilities provided as well as water bottles, tissues, toiletries and soap/shampoo/shower gel/conditioner. SuSu - first POC, is the best host, very friendly and a genuinely nice person. Its hard to be mad at her. Location was excellent, walking distance from 7-eleven and easily recognisable on GMaps. The manager was also easily contactable and allowed me to keep my bags with them even after check out until I needed to leave for the airport. No tension or stress with visitors, and TV has Netflix! Also liked how there was a smart door lock and smart safe as well. And then ESPECIALLY the night light as well. That was AWESOME.

Cons: Again, it's very trivial, but there were very small hiccups, like the lack of comms for when the bathroom light was out, and how the AC pipe would leak which I easily fixed with a towel on the floor. While i had already seen the gym pic, if would suggest they improve it as its currently mostly unusable, and especially doesnt align with the premium feeling of the apartment. Other than that, its been a great stay.

Pros: The staff, especially Susu were exceptional. Always responsive and available to help. The room gets cleaned when requested to be cleaned. Towels are always provided and clean. Bottled water is also available upon request. The air conditioner was working perfectly. Beds are very comfortable and clean linens too. Over all impressed as I was really scared when I booked. Its a good place for families.

Cons: I wish breakfast can be included.

Pros: It is clean and spacious! The staff, Susu is soo helpful and kind 🫶🏻 The place felt safe even though it was dark and silent. It was away from the hustle buzz of phuket night.

Cons: The water pump gets slow sometimes. But i texted Susu and she can help to accommodate us

Pros: Everything was good except in both the rooms the air conditioner water was dropping in room though. Apart from this there was no issue

Pros: We had a lovely 6-night stay at Kriss Cozy Apartment in Phuket and booked 3 apartments for our group. The location is excellent—walking distance to 7/11 and a variety of Indian, Thai, and Arabic restaurants. The staff was extremely courteous, with a special shoutout to Susu who went above and beyond, even assisting us late at night. The apartments were exactly as shown in the pictures online, which was a pleasant surprise. Despite some ongoing renovation work, the place felt cozy, clean, and very convenient—especially for families. Prices are currently very affordable due to the renovations, but they’ll likely increase once the upgrades are completed and a proper reception desk is set up.

Cons: A few minor downsides: we were given rooms in different buildings and on different floors, which was slightly inconvenient but manageable. Bathrooms lacked shower curtains, and the Wi-Fi setup was a bit frustrating as the same network name had different passwords in different buildings, requiring us to reconfigure our devices each time we visited each other’s rooms.

Excellent stay

Pros: The staff was very cooperative and helpful. Room is getting cleaned everyday . No washing machine in the room is only drawback. This should be available for the amount being charged by them. Otherwise fantastic stay.

Perfect apartment

Pros: Clean and modern. Very good value for money. Master bedroom has a very big bed. Pillows are amazing

Pros: Excellent Stayed, Big Comfortable room , Full Kitchen, Fast WiFi, Smart TV , helpful staffs and quiet location are the bonus on top of being patong . Very relaxing and very peaceful place with all the necessities. The owner is very thoughtful and pay attention to every details inside the apartment. We don’t have to ask anything els , everything is inside the apartment. The maid is very polite and clean our room very well.The location is excellent. Easy access to most main attractions in patong and to patong beach . We had amazing time and we will be back for sure .

Pros: Miły i pomocny personel, lokalizacja pozwalająca odpocząć od zgiełku jaki jest niewiele dalej w patong a zarazem wszędzie blisko nawet pieszo można dojść do miasta i na plażę ( fakt że idąc przez niewielki kawałek trzeba uważać bo idzie się po ulicy) ale dojazd skuterem bezproblemowy, blisko plaża karon
