Pros: la position géographique le calme de la résidence la beauté de la résidence la propreté de l'appartement le rapport qualité prix

ممتاز للعائله الخليجيه

Pros: موقعه مقابل للبحر عبارة عن شقق فندقيه تمليك تصلح للعائله ومبلغها ممتاز مقارنه با الفنادق الي نفسها

Cons: لو كانت في الدور الاول او الثاني بتطلع الاطلاله روعه الكهرب لزم تصور العداد اول ما تدخل لمدة ثلاث ايام كانت تكلفة الكهرب تقريباً 50 ريال فيه بحيرات صغيره فيها سمك وضفادع صوت الضفادع مزعج نوعاً ما لكن بصفه عامه اقامه ممتازه
