Naithon beachfront apartment-pool gym restaurant

A beautiful apartment really close to the sea with a fabulous pool

Pros: The apartment itself was fantastic , very clean , well furnished with everything that you could possibly need for a holiday.

Cons: The air conditioning unit in the master bedroom rattles, however the engineers were called. The Wi-Fi was not working at all for the duration of the stay

Well equipped apartment

Pros: The apartment is on the ground floor and well equipped: Kitchenware A big good fridge A nice sofa and reclining chair Wonderful soft mattresses and pillows Very big smart tv Good air conditioning in every room They allowed to do a late check out at 12:00 The location is in a small quiet village with almost no infrastructure(1 small grocery shop, 2 small pharmacies, a couple of hotels), but with street food on the road The beach is one of the best, not crowded The apartment is in the Pearl of Naithon complex, with a decent shared pool and people around. Kids can play together there

Cons: My check in got delayed a bit No view from the apartment, but some small garden The shower sink was clogged and working slow Very slow water leakage in one bathroom, we noticed it after a couple of days, possibly after some work done on water pipes in the apartment above No hand wash, only shampoo and shower gel Mosquitoes. Electric sprays don't help No blackout curtains. You can't avoid the sun in the morning/day

Pros: Хорошие апарты, в хорошем комплексе, море рядом, магазины рядом.

Cons: Почините окно в главной спальне! Оно не закрывается!!!

Pros: Skvělá lokalita a krásné prostředí. Naprosto úžasné prostředí areálu. Vše co je potřeba je v blízkosti.

Cons: V rámci komunikace s agenturou přez kterou pronajimatel apartmám pronajímá jsem byl v kontaktu se čtiřmi lidmi což bylo v některých momentech dost matoucí!! Toto byla jediná nepříjemnost na tak skvělém pobytu ..

Pros: Большая площадь Два санузла Есть все необходимо на кухне

Cons: При бронировании не было указано что за электроэнергию оплата на месте отдельно В одной из комнат ужасно шумел кондиционер Персонал не помогал абсолютно с решением проблем (по интернету,со спортзалом)

Pros: ‏المكان نظيف والعفش نظيف والكنب نظيف والشقة منظف 100% صراحة شغل متعوب عليه سهولة في الدخول والخروج المسبح نظيف

Cons: ‏تأخر علينا وقت الدخول

Pros: Прекрасное расположение на первой линии у пляжа, 7 км от аэропорта, тихий район. Отдельный въезд в ЖК со своей парковкой. Большая чистая, хорошо оборудованная квартира.

Cons: При въезде хозяин запросил депозит и при выезде нам пытались списать с него стоимость электричества по удесятерённой ставке (49 квт/ч вместо 4.9)

Хорошие аппартаменты

Pros: Очень удобные, комфортные, достаточно свежие аппартаменты для семьи. Хорошее расположение, в 2-х минутах от пляжа. Посуда, полотенца и другие приндлежности в наличии.

Cons: За счет того, что это первый этаж, было не много комаров, при открытой двери. Но не критично.

Pros: Notre séjour au Nai Thon beach front à été génial! L’appartement était magnifique et conforme aux photos. De plus, le coin de Nai Thon beach est très agréable avec tout à proximité (petit supermarché, pharmacie, restaurant, …) ce qui en fait une destination parfaite !

Pros: Плюс близко до моря Огромная квартира Останавливались на 3 ночи, более на этом пляже делать нечего.

Cons: Все тц и магазины очень далеко Комната без окон Нет горячей воды в одной из душевых Куча комаров Сильно пахло сыростью Грязновато Массажи от 400 Батт, что дороже, чем на острове. С утра позавтракать негде. Кафе открываются с 10 утра.
