Brickotel Naithon Beach

Perfect apartment for short stay beside the beach.

Pros: The Location to beach and gorgeous restaurant called Bamboo on the beach. The host was very helpful and answered all questions quickly. Lovely to get beach towels and beach chair. Excellent air conditioning. Highly recommend apartment for short stay.

Cons: No water the day of departure - not a big issue for us we managed.

Book this now, you won't regret it

Pros: This place is a real gem, the sheer convenience of popping in and out from the flawless beach right across the street. Lots of amenities such as beach mats and chairs. Keyless access so you don't need to bring anything to the beach. Naithon Beach is quiet for Phuket but has plenty of restaurants and shops. Visit Good Thai Food right across, and Madagascar roadside bar just down the road to the south.

Cons: Nothing big really but there were no instructions for the safety box, one of the wardrobe doors was not installed and just standing there. The door code looks static and mnemonic although we didn't test this. Beware when using the beach chairs, there is a big sign on the beach about them not being allowed.

Clean, comfortable and well looked after but ... \

Pros: Very close to the beach and plenty of places to eat close by. The lady who manages it was responsive and helpful. Bed was large and comfortable, shower was very good.

Cons: Situated on a very busy corner there was a lot of traffic noise. It was reasonably quiet between about 11 pm and 7 a.m. It is not really a hotel in the way a European would expect. It is simply a small building with several rooms, four I think, two on the ground floor two above. There is no reception area at all and check in and management is done over the phone. Access to the rooms is with a digital lock on the door.

Superb Apartment!

Pros: The property was spacious, very comfortable and extremely clean. The location was great, across the road from a fabulous beach with a great restaurant called Bamboo. Bee was an excellent communicator and was always on hand ☺️

A wonderful place for an unforgettable stay on a stunningly beautiful beach.

Pros: I’ll start with the communication with the owner — it was easy and pleasant, and all questions were resolved quickly and without any difficulties via messenger. The location is simply excellent: the sea is within walking distance. The room looks modern and stylish, with a very comfortable bed and soft, pleasant towels. Special thanks for the beach towels — it’s a truly important and thoughtful detail.

Cons: Among the drawbacks, I can note that there was no shelf in the bathroom to place shampoo and other toiletries, as well as no hooks to hang clothes. In addition, there was no proper option for drying clothes.

Location, although right on the main road (quiet at night) has excellent views & access to the beach

Pros: Great view overlooking beautiful Naithon Beach. Fantastic host even went to buy water when the town supply was cut off!

Cons: Newly renovated room didn't have all the furniture yet

Pros: Posizione ottima, dava eri al mare e a due passi da ristoranti, supermarket, e servizi vari. Zona tranquilla. Ottima comunicazione con lo staff. Accordato anche check-in posticipato

Pros: Stanza accogliente, spazi buoni. Posizione ottima in fronte al mare e possibilità di parcheggiare

Cons: La stanza avrebbe bisogno si essere insonorizzata, essendo proprio sulla spiaggia e a ridosso della strada

Pros: Die Nähe zum Strand und die Betreuung die war echt superklasse. Auf wünsche wurden eingegangen. Es wurde auf alles reagiert was wir angefragt haben. Das Apartment wurde ganz neu renoviert übernommen das war super. Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage waren sehr leise. Internet war gut aber zzm steamen nicht immer ausreichend. Check in nach langer Anreise kompliziert.

Cons: Die steile Treppe mit den kleinen Stufen kann gefährlich werden. Kein Moskitonetz an Fenster und Türen as es schwer machte das Fenster über Nacht mal zu öffnen. Dann finde ich persönlich die Preise die aufgerufen werden viel zu teuer für Thailand gerade auch ohne Frühstück. Für 3 oder 4 Wochen wie wir gerne anreisen muss es bessere Angebote geben sonst ist es nicht mehr realistisch.
