Great location & a neat apartment.

Pros: Great location, with a beach view from the balcony and it's a very short walk to the beautiful beach, restaurants, TopsDaily & pharmacy. Room was clean when we arrived, with ample space. And for a fee, we had an extra kid's bed. Bathroom is new, with plenty of warm water in the shower.. Appreciated having a washing machine, and needed it, too. The remote contact, Apisit, was responsive via Booking.com chat.

Cons: There's no housekeeping, so it's more like a short-stay AirBnB. Didn't know this in advance, but it was easily managed. We swept the room using the broom provided, took rubbish to the big bin in the carpark, and washed the towels using the machine. Fortunately, everything dries really quickly on the balcony. And we brought spare toilet paper, so it didn't run out and I'm sure it would have been quickly replenished if we'd asked. Not a slight on the apartment, but we couldn't find a recycling bin in the area.

Pros: This time room C409. Third time staying with this provider. Good facilities including washing machine, iron, and hairdryer. Very quiet air conditioning inside. Very quiet refrigerator. We'll gladly come again.

Cons: The Lift was not working, but this is a Problemsolution by the Buildingmanager

Can't really fault my stay. Every detail was thought of. The owner was very quick in responding

Perfect for an economical stay, by the beach.

Pros: Close to the airport, so we could relax and get over our flight before moving on. Close to beach and restaurants and bars.

Cons: Lift not working, however owner did contact and advise and offer free cancellation.

Pros: Nice apartment that is fully equipped. Kitchen, washing machine spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. Close to a nice beach that wasn't completely crowded versus and close to several restaurants and a shop.

Pros: Very good apartment! Nice, bright, clean and 3 min walk to the sea. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Cafe, restaurants, massages, mini market all are near by. At the territory there is a cafe with very tasty Russian food - ideal for children. Apisit replies to the messages quickly and always happy to help. Thank you very much!

Great Apartment for longer staying Tourists.

Pros: Everything you need for a stay is located inside the apartment.

Pros: Amazing location. Quiet and comfortable place. The room is well equipped. Only positive emotions!

Perfect for a short solo trip

Pros: The property was easy to find with my taxi driver, once I had the key code, getting into the room was easy too. The room was spacious there was some storage space (could do with some more hangers!). The bathroom was sufficient with a shower. The kitchen had a hot plate and some basic utensils and crockery. Overall, I stayed for a few nights and was satisfied with the property.

Cons: I had to contact the host to get the code for the lockbox as their system did not automatically send it. The host resolved this immediately. The location is very close to the beach and main strip of restaurants but there was not much open in the evening (not a fault of the property but worth noting). The lift was a bit temperamental. There appeared to be a connecting door to the room adjacent but this was locked and I had no issues but it was a slight worry on the first night.

Pros: very clean room and house, perfectly furnished including washing machine, new, nothing was missing
