Utopia Naiharn

Pros: The rooms were exceptionally equipped. The hotle near naiharn beach with good location .Reception staff and room service were excellent.

Unforgettable experience

Pros: Unforgettable experience. An outstanding hotel with beautiful pools, roof pool and small islands pool. The restaurant is also roof top, and prepares tasty food at affordable good price. The waitresses very polites and professionals, especially Tap. Daily cleaning, deep and efficient, with free toiletries and towels/linen replacement. Second time at Utopia, and we will return.In short, excellent hotel to recommend.

Pros: The staff were friendly, and the pool access from our room was great. It was an amazing use of space, a little tight in places, but still a good place to stay.

Cons: The bed was a little uncomfortable.

Pros: The hotel is beautifully designed and clean. I particularly enjoyed such a one-stop service hotel like this, consisting of restaurant, spa, pool, and fitness. I felt welcome and cared for, whether it was a friendly greeting, helpful recommendations, or prompt assistance with any request. I can't wait to return and experience it once again.

Pros: Friendly and helpful stuff, clean condo, the pools. 10 min motorbike ride to beautiful Naiharn Beach.

Cons: Location pretty much close to nothing but can be fixed renting a motorbike 🙂

Modern stay

Pros: It is a really modern hotel with roof swimming pools very clean, maintained every day,restaurant has very friendly staff, all clean kept in ikea simple style with beautiful mountains views. However, breakfast included is ala carte is not recommended, which is a completely different standard of ala carte.from menu.

Cons: Staff in the reception not welcoming at all are acting like they don't want to see you, not solving issues. People bring money and pay for a stay, but service at the reception is not interested in guests, forgetting they are paid for the work. Zero information about where about is any facilities ,meal times swimming pools etc,felf left alone and when asking anything for some information they try avoiding eye contact living you waiting for ages, even two girls in the reception pretending they are busy showing guests they more important than customers. I think this is also a residential home mainly occupied by Russians.

Pros: The room service was great and the staff were really friendly.They even took my clothes and washed them and brought them back packaged and tidy.

One of my favourite places in Nai Harn

Pros: Comfortable bed, good shower, cooking & fridge facilities. Quiet Aircon, good balcony. Nice views. Gym & pool. Location to amenities. Daily cleaning, fresh towels etc. Pool towels provided. Fresh water, tea & coffee daily. Housekeeping staff.

Cons: Not enough pool loungers. Uncomfortable couch. Reception staff could be a little friendlier. Gym equipment needs fixing.

Pros: The place was very nice , modern build, good size swimming pool. Rooms were very nice, clean and serviced constantly. Nice balcony and an equipped kitchen ( that I did not use)

Cons: I would not call it the most comfortable bed I used, the mattress was old and uneven, I was not expecting this from such a newly build resort.

Pros: The several pools. The bed is comfortable.The location is quiet.

Cons: The kitchen had a terrible sewage smell. The sofa in the living room was super uncomfortable. In the middle of the night there were electricity outages that caused the air conditioning to turn off. The breakfast was basic.The water pressure in the bath automatically varied between ok and low.
