Pros: Очень красивая студия, есть кофе-машина, пульт от штор, умная колонка, огромный телик с ютубом, из квартиры выходить не хотелось) ну и рядом с очень красивым пляжем, 5 минут добраться. На территории бассейн, можно брать полотенца, которые все носят на море.

Cons: кафе на территории есть, но как будто очень дорого. До ближайшего местного кафе идти минут 15, лучше по пляжу. по дороге без тротуара - такое.
