Obiekt ok, lokalizacja i okoliczne prace budowlane na MINUS

Pros: Obiekt nowoczesny , nowopowstałe osiedle , jako ośrodek bez zarzutu

Cons: Lokalizacja , bez skutera wszędzie daleko . Otwierasz okno z balkonu , a tam plac budowy , od godziny 8.00 hałas , dobiegający z sąsiednich budów

Jako dobro

Pros: Svidjela mi se lokacija, apartman se nalazi u sklopu Kora Hotel resorta, u neposrednoj blizini plaže. Svi sadržaji u sklopu hotela mogu se koristiti i u sklopu apartmana poput bazena, bara, masaža itd. Osoblje je iznimno ljubazno i na sva pitanja odgovara u kratkom roku.

Cons: Nije mi se svidjelo to što su u tijeku građevinski radovi na izgradnji hotela pored apartmana, ali to je nešto na što vlasnici apartmana ne mogu utjecati. Također mala opaska da bi apartman trebao voditi racuna da ima dovoljno toalet papira za boravak, šampona u kupaoni i eventualno deterdzenta za pranje posuđa što u našem slučaju nije bilo, ali nije to velika zamjerka.
