Best option for me and my family.

Pros: We came back to this apartment for the second time. Me and kids adore the place, the property and the management team. Location is great as Kata Noi beach is beautiful and not overcrowded. At the same time we can easily access all the conveniences of Kata area. Best 2 restaurants are on the territory and just across the street. Local food street market, convenient stores, pharmacy, beach wear shops, more restaurants and sport activities are at our service. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. This year a water cooler was added)). The management team is nice and caring. We just love it!

Cons: Nothing what I can think of.

Me and my teenageers enjoyed this vacation a lot. Great combination of location, property and service!

Pros: Actually, we liked everything about our stay in Kata gardens 3B. 1) Spacious, well planned and comfortable apartment with nice balconies and fully equipped kitchen. Welcoming set of fruits and water helped to restore after a long trip. 2) Support team in contact any time and cleaning service every second day. The area is nice and safe. There were guests in neighboring apartments but we hardly heard them. 3) Two beautiful beaches in walking distance. We preferred Kata Noi though. 4) Any kind of restaurants and convenient stores in walking distance as well.

Cons: There were electrical repair works during our stay. But we were informed well in advance so we could plan our activities outside the property and didn’t feel any inconvenience. What was also very convenient is that cleaning time was agreed with us in advance.
