Pros: Very nice flat, exceptional contact and cleaning person. Enjoyed the week in the flat very much. Very close to the Kata night market.

Cons: The pool chairs, at the hotel next door we had access to, were a bit old and uncomfortable.

Pros: The apartment is spacious and beautiful. The owners are very kind and helpful. Close to the main street and the beach. Every day fresh towels and room cleaning.

Cons: There were some problems with hot water the last day because of the water pressure.

Pros: I arrived early and I was given early check-in. Location was excellent. Room was clean and neat. Everyday there will be someone to clean the room and top up the water bottles. I have a wonderful night stay here. Highly recommended.

Cons: The WiFi was alittle slow, was difficult to watch YouTube and netflix.

Perfect location, luxurious enterior.

Pros: The apartment is very nice, and the hosts are very kind and responsive. The location is very good, as there is a nearby 7-Eleven, and the main market area is also just a few minutes away, yet the apartment is actually very calm and quiet. Although the room was huge, it felt quite cozy as it contained everything that might be needed for a short (or even long) stay.

Pros: The apartment met all expectations. Clean, spacious, has everything you need. The location is very good. In the neighboring building, friends complained about mold after the flood, here everything was perfect. I highly recommend.

Pros: Großartiges Appartement, weit über den thailändischen Standards. Angenehme und gut zu justierende Klimaanlage. Außerordentlich freundliche Vermieter. Tägliche und ungewöhnlich ordentliche Reinigung. Rundum empfehlenswert!

Очень классная квартира. Большая и просторная, много сеста для хранения, дофига вешолок, что редкость. Ключ карта только

Pros: Квартира удобно расположена, рядом и рынок с тайской едой и фруктами (5-7 минут пешком), и 7/11 (5 минут), и обменник с хорошим курсом (рядом с рестораном у Orchid house - 1 иинута), и аренда байков (3 минуты за рестораном Орчид хауз), и до моря пешком минут 15-20. Рядом два пляжа Ката и Карон - они классные. Сама квартира классная, соответствует описанию. Вся необходимая посуда есть, кондиционеры работают хорошо, балкон чудесной с несколькими сушками. В квартире тихо. Приятно удивило, что каждый день проводилась уборка и ставили питьевую воду по 4 бутылки. Испугал отзыв про горячую воду, но решили все равно рискнуть. Горячей воды реально не было, но мы написали администратору, и он все сделал. Так что надо было просто сказать об этой проблеме. Джакузи не было времени опробовать, тк 5 дней работали, а на выходных гуляли. Чудесный администратор, который всегда на связи и прибегал, если было что-то нужно.

Cons: Если для работы нужен мощный интернет, то лучше купить симку с ним, тк у нас подтупливал он иногда, но для личного пользования нормально. Перед сном смотрели сериал, иногда подвисал, но не критично. Если вы рассчитываете спать на диване, то тут могут возникнуть неудобства - он продавлен по середине и это неудобно. Но нас было двое, поэтому не критично
