Pros: We like the location, it is just perfect beside the beach 3 minutes walk.

Cons: Regarding the house, only 1 thing: The rack for linens drying was completely rusty, so if you dry light coloured clothes, it has rusty traces, which is impossible to wash away. So, it should be replaced or sanded and painted again for normal use. Beside the house you have only two cafes to eat which are closing around 7 pm mostly. The villa has his own very well equipped kitchen, but no goos stores to buy food at the walking distance at all, so consider to have your own transport once you rent this villa.

Pros: Великолепное расположение возле одного из лучших пляжей Пхукета, чистый уютный дом, ухоженная территория возле дома, вежливая и гостеприимная хозяйка, поможет и расскажет все нюансы для комфортного отдыха. Рекомендую всем.

Top Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Super Luxus das Teil!

Pros: Super Urwald Atmosphäre, da es das letzte Haus zum Dschungel ist. Keine 2 Minuten an einen traumhaften Strand. Cafe und Restaurants keine Minute entfernt. Das Haus ist ideal für viele Freunde oder eine Familie. Klimatisiert, viele Ventilatoren, viele Fenster und alles mit Mückenschutz. Eigene Waschmaschine und eine zusätzliche Dusche draußen. Ein riiiiiesen Wohnzimmer mit großer offener Küche. Alle Geräte da zum kochen. Super schnelle und freundliche Vermieterin. Wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt.

Cons: Lediglich eine Soundanlage wäre geil gewesen :-)

Pros: Die Lage am Yanui Beach ist perfekt…man darf es nicht mit europäischen Standarts vergleichen…hier ist’s eben anders aber absolut toll…wir kommen gerne wieder…tolle Gastgeberin…immer erreichbar für Fragen und Hilfe…
