Waterfront Karon Beach by PHR

A great place to stay in Karon Beach, close to all amenities - highly recommended!

Pros: The apartment was spacious and very well equipped, as well as being spotlessly clean. Great views from both balconies - a lovely place to watch the sun set in the evening. All 3 air conditioners (in the main lounge and both bedrooms) worked well. It is in an excellent location, just 100m back from the beach with plenty of restaurants and shops just around the corner on Patak Road. The owner was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

Cons: Some powerpoints only worked when the light was turned on in that area, which was a bit strange. However this was soon cleared up after messaging the owner.

Sea view apartments - great for that money

Pros: Great apartments with fantastic sea view. Wonderful location close to Karon. Quiet and safe. It is really big and enough for two families. Great host, Cindy - you are so cute.

Cons: No problem to tell about.

Pros: The Waterfront Karon Beach by PHR is a large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with 3 balconies, a big open plan kitchen/living room, great air con and a very friendly host. Stayed with my elderly mum and sister for week and we all loved the space. Very comfy beds, well stocked kitchen - although we ate out all the time. We used the balconies loads admiring the views which added even more space. You also have access to the pool area with sunbeds which is set in a lovely garden area. Its gated with security guards checking all visitors. Leaving the peace and quiet, its a bit of a clash when you hit the very busy street outside, not been to Phuket before and was shocked at the traffic!

The apartment was fabulous- so comfortable, smart tvs in every room , fantastic views , great location , it was fab !

Pros: The location was perfect, just across from the beach, next to all the restaurants and bars and a 7 eleven on the doorstep

Cons: The pool area was very basic with no where near enough loungers for the guests - however you are just across from the beach and we used the pool in the Centara 7 mins away. The nearby bars are very noisy but if you turn the a/c up you can just about drown the noise out and they finish around 1.30 am.

Family had a great time!

Pros: Central location, great views, good pool, friendly staff. Flat 9d particularly impressive.

Cons: Flat 9b at times didn’t smell great as there appears to a bit of plumbing issue.

Pros: The host was there to meet me on arrival and showed me around the very spacious apartment , she was very helpful and contactable for any questions during our stay. Great location for the beach and many excellent bars, restaurants and coffee shops

Pros: Great location, near are restaurants and shops. Walk to the beach around 2 mins. Apartment is spacious, pretty fresh and has 2 balconies. Pool is also fine. Owner is super friendly and allowed us earlier arrival without extra charge. We had 9th floor and a view on a sea, which was great.

Cons: Unfortunately, in bathrooms there is a strong sewer smell, which spoil the impression of the apartment. Also it is not related to apartment itself, but still...There is loud music in nearby bars & restaurants every night, so it might an issue for some travelers.

Pros: Beautiful apartment with amazing views of the sea. Just what we wanted. Exceptionally clean and the decor was lovely. Cindy was always quick to answer questions on WhatsApp before we arrived and helped arranged transport.

Cons: Would have liked to stay longer 😂
