Pros: The property was clean, spacious and very comfortable. A beautiful view over Karon Beach and close by to lots of restaurants, stores & more. Quiet, peaceful and safe yet Patong is only a 10 min drive / tutu away. Perfect location for partying and also having some downtime. Would stay here again if I come back to Phuket. The service and communication from the Condo workers was wonderful.

Pros: Everything we needed was walking distance , the pool was great and the decor and layout of the condo were exceptional. Wanna was fantastic and sorted any queries efficiently.

Cons: Just little things, the inside couch needed cushions, slips for large pillows were missing and needed a dish rack.

Pros: Апарты шикарные! Вид на море потрясающий, ни у одного отеля с sea view нет такого вида, первая линия, 5 минут до пляжа. В квартире есть всё необходимое, интересная планировка, кухня, 2 санузла что ооочень круто. Хороший матрас и подушки. Тостер, кофемашина, СВЧ!

Cons: Очень не хватало хорошей сковороды, пришлось покупать. И было странно что заселялись мы 5 человек (из них 2 детей), постельного на всех не было, принесли по запросу на следующий день и в итоге 3 одеяла на 5 человек🤨

Cons: בחדר שירותים הייתה נזילה . על אצה נזילה דיווח גם הדייר הקודם וכך ציין גם בחוות הדעת שלו . למרות הבדיקה מול בעל הנכס שבוע לפני שנאמר שהכל תוקן , הכנענו למקום והנזילה המשיכה . במשך שבוע שלם לא באו לתקן את הנזילה . נאמר על ידי בעל הדירה שאם אנחנו רוצים שיתקנו , אנחנו צריכים להישאר בדירה ולחכות לטכנאי .

Pros: Шикарные чистые очень продуманные апартаменты. Идеальный вид . До моря 1 минута, рестораны и магазины - все рядом.

Cons: Но были и минусы. В период нашего проживания постоянно что-то ломалось: слив в ванной (быстро починили), протечка с потолка во второй ванной (так и не починили, текло с потолка на пол), перестал работать кондиционер, отключилась горячая вода(быстро починили)., но потом опять сломалось. Бассейн закрыли на плановое обслуживание на 2 недели - о таких работах всегда известно заранее и нужно сообщать об этом на этапе бронирования. Мы позитивные ребята, поэтому отпуск нам все эти моменты не испортили, но все же не хочется бороться с трудностями в отпуске).
