Pros: Lovely room. With all you need. Love 2 rooftop pools and bar. The coffee bar in the lobby area was great. Our hosts were great, i.e., Min Min, Effie, and Paula. They were always on hand via WhatsApp. We would come here again.

Cons: When the room was cleaned after the 2nd day, it wasn't great

Great view, great pools, would come again

Pros: - City Gate is a nice and well maintained condo complex (rooftop pools, nice cafe, ocean view) - The location is great (close by the beach, seven11, sunset view, ...) - Great communication with the provider via whatsApp (Thanks to Effie, Bonnie and Paula for the good service!) - Uncomplicated checkin and checkout - Ocean view and Sunset view from the room

Cons: Some points for which I would like to see improvements (partly depending on the city gate): - Wifi: During my stay it was partly unusable during the afternoon or night (I used my hotspot most of the time). - Water of the toilet had a bad smell. - The housekeeping did not clean at the agreed time sometimes.

Pros: The location was perfectly placed right on the edge of Kamala. (I do recommend renting a motorbike to optimize your time there) they have brand new motorbikes on site for rental at a very cheap rate. Within this post, you're not renting directly with city gate, there are multiple owners in the building and this room specifically is with a hospitality company that are SO great! Citygate staff are also available to help with anything, they are so friendly and kind. There is laundry on site (a room in the parking garage) that is a cheap rate. You get access to a gym that is also public so it's well equipped! The pools were large and very clean. Bed was large and super comfy! We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to come back!

Cons: The electricity was a bit pricy for a full month stay, a bit higher than the average for the area.

Pros: A really nice property, convenient for remote working as you do have a good choice of on-site eateries and several swimming pools to stay fresh. Really nice and kind people working in the complex. The wifi was not great which was the con for me, and the communication with the hosts could be better. Otherwise would recommend for those looking for a peaceful and convenient base for work and rest.

Cons: Lokalizacja dość daleka od plaży, około 20 min na piechotę. Obiekt leży przy ruchliwej ulicy, raczej na uboczu. Trudno było porozumieć się z osobami z obsługi wydającymi klucze. Na pokój musieliśmy czekać ponad godzinę mimo poinformowania obsługi o godzinie przyjazdu.
