Pros: Property is amazing. Wouldn’t change a thing. Host is awesome and helpful. Cleaners are amazing. Location is perfect if you want to be away from the main areas, however only a short travel to get to anything when needed Would highly recommend?

Gorgeous stay in Rawai- one month- June
Pros: The villa is absolutely gorgeous—spacious, surrounded by greenery, and very well maintained. The pool is a good size and ideal for relaxing. The rooms are elegantly designed, and the living area is extremely comfortable, making it perfect for both rest and gatherings. The kitchen is a traditional Thai-style kitchen, and as an Indian family, we made excellent use of it—cooking daily and enjoying homemade meals together. Mario, the villa manager, is an exceptional host. He is very approachable, polite, and responsive. Any request we had was managed promptly and efficiently, making our stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights was the view of the nearby mountains from the pool area—the openness and natural surroundings of the villa created a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere that we truly cherished. Highly recommended for families or groups seeking a beautiful and relaxing getaway.
Cons: There was absolutely nothing we disliked about the villa itself or the services provided. If I were to mention one personal point—it would be the location. The villa is situated on a very narrow road, which may not appeal to everyone. That said, it is surrounded by some of the most luxurious residential villas in the area, so this comes down to individual preference.

Pros: It was a fantastic house. The kids love the swimming pool, they would stay 2-3 hours a day in the pool. The house is very clean. A cleaning lady coming to tidy the house everyday except Sunday. Everything was just perfect. The location is quite. It's very safe to walk around, not tourism at all. We have spend a quite relaxing week there. Beautiful time.
Cons: I couldn't think of anything wrong. Everything is just perfect. The landlord stays not far from the house. He is willing to come to support if necessary.

Pros: We get the wonderful time in this villa 🙏 nice location, beautiful, stylish and cozy place 😍 Have everything for comfortable living. The housekeeper was helping us really fast and provided everything we need in time. Thanks a lot for this place and highly recommended it 🫶

Residence Rawai was a beautiful hidden gem, that provided a relaxing place for our holiday.
Pros: The property was exactly as it appeared in the photos. It was clean, comfortable and welcoming. It felt like a home for a week. It was so helpful having the bottles of water stocked up and a bowl of fruit and beers and champagne on arrival. The manager Mario was super helpful with organising things we needed. If we had a concerns, he was only a call or message away.
Cons: It would be good to have a mini fridge in between the two connected bedrooms to save the walk to the main kitchen or outside fridge. Transparency around the additional cost of utilities, at the time of booking. Would be helpful to have a rough guide of expected additional costs Rather than having a large cash deposit held upon arrival, it would be better to use a credit card authorisation to serve the same purpose and be charged should any of the deposit be needed.

Pros: A great place to rest, peace and quiet, a private playground for 3 villas, a very large space, it's a pity that it was so short. We didn't leave the villa, food was delivered, we were welcomed with a basket of fruit, water, beer and a bottle of good white wine. We will come back

Everything went perfectly
Pros: A great place to relax, where everything is perfect! Gorgeous territory, excellent swimming pool, cleanliness, everything is there for a comfortable stay! My friends and I are absolutely delighted. They celebrated my birthday at the villa - they gave me a bottle of champagne. It's an amazing time. Thanks! I recommend it!
