Really nice villa for group trip to Phuket

Pros: Really nice villa, great location. Darts board and pool table were cool. Really nice rooms and AC through out the place. Electricity charges fairly priced with their meter. Patong walking street 20 mins away and Kamala beach less than 10 mins away. It was perfect for our bachelor party Alice the maid was really nice, cleaned the place really well and made very yummy breakfast.

Cons: 15k bhat was needed in cash as a deposit. This was mentioned very small in the booking notes. It was not highlighted anywhere so it was inconvenient to take this extra cash out. The host should message or highlight this in the notes.

Felt right at home

Pros: Wonderful Stay at the Villa in Phuket! We had a fantastic time at this villa, the veiw was amazing. The location and facilities were excellent, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. A special mention to Alice, the maid, who truly made our stay exceptional. She prepared delicious breakfasts every morning, did our laundry, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The kids absolutely adored her! Alice even arranged for professional masseuses to come to the villa, which added a luxurious touch to our experience. Highly recommend this villa — and if you’re lucky enough to have Alice looking after you, you’re in for a treat!

Beautiful villa with fantastic maid.

Pros: Beautiful house, maid is fantastic. Great amenities both indoor and outdoor.

Cons: Location allows for peace and quiet, however, walk to shops is not possible due to busy road.

Location, maid and the property manager made this a perfect stay.

Pros: So spacious and well laid out - perfect for our family of 10.

Rummelig villa med god plads, 3 dobbeltværelser.

Pros: Masser af plads, stor villa med dejlige fællesområder både ude og inde. Fin størrelse pool, og lækkert med poolbord mm. Alice var smadder sød og gjorde alt for at hjælpe os med hvad vi kunne ønske. For os var det ok at gå langs vejen ned til strand og by, men hvis du forventer europæiske fortorv, så er det klart du overvældes. Forventer du autentiske Thailand, så går det fint😊 Vi tog taxi hjem igen til ca 200 baht.

Cons: Sengene var for hårde. Køjerummet er ikke velegnet til voksne. Reelt var der 3 dobbeltværelser. Servicen, fx drikkeglas i køkkenet kunne godt forbedres. Det kunne håndklæderne også, de var lidt slidte nogen af dem. Rigtig meget byggelarm i området. Det var det største problem for os. Vi fik ingen kompensation til trods for vi anmodede om det. De fleste dage var der voldsom hamrende byggestøj det meste af dagen.

Pros: La villa est vraiment très bien, très spacieuse. Heureusement qu'il y a la piscine car la plage est loin et pas très belle. Alice nous a préparé le petit déjeuner et le dîner, elle est vraiment très serviable et disponible, très gentille. Les repas étaient excellents. Bravo a elle 😉

Cons: La villa est vraiment loin de tout, nous avons dû prendre des Bolt à chaque sortie. Les frais d'électricité n'étant pas inclus, nous avons été très surpris du prix pour deux jours à la place de trois jours. Vu le prix de la nuitée, l'électricité pourrait être prise en compte. La chambre dortoir avec 4 lits une place ne sont vraiment pas confortable. Les enfants ont préféré dormir sur le canapé.

Pros: The villa is a great size to spread out and relax with friends or family. Alice the maid was the highlight. She is an absolute gem and made our stay that much more easier and enjoyable. The photos are accurate which is usually not the case with villas. Will definitely come back when next in Phuket.

Cons: Access down the driveway can be difficult for some vehicles. If you don't have a vehicle then you will need to taxi into town. Highly recommend getting a motorbike or car if staying here.

Cons: Les conditions de l’établissement n’étaient pas claires : n’ayant pas eu d’état des lieux ni un arrêt du compteur électrique au checking, nous n’avons pas pu vérifier les frais supplémentaires et avons du payer en cash sans reçu environ 4000B de frais d’électricité pour un séjour de 5 J au lieu de 9 J (écourté pour raisons familiales )
