Pros: Really Friendly hosts taking car about us perfectly. We liked the pool, cleanliness, the breakfast,. Very calm spot

Cons: Only one thing: need for transport. Grab works out, the owner also drove us to the beach. Or motorbike. Then it is perfect.

Spacious rooms and genuinely helpful service

Pros: Spacious rooms and genuinely helpful service SJ House Hotel was great for my trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the AC and fridge worked really well (which matters a lot in Thailand!). What stood out most was how helpful they were, they helped me book tours, sort out laundry, rent a bike, and arrange a mini van back to Phuket. Smooth, easy stay from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Pros: The owner and her family were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help with booking trips that were a good price and well organised. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We felt it was very good value for the price. Quiet location away from the very busy centre but really cheap and easy to use Grab App for taxis. They also rent scooters if you want them. Above all, we will remember the warmth and friendliness, and enjoying conversations by the pool.

Pros: A lovely family-run hotel that really makes you feel welcome. It’s a small place, but that’s part of the charm – the owners were incredibly accommodating, polite, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The room was good, the bed was comfortable, and it was really quiet at night, which meant a great night’s sleep. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests rather than just running a business. If you’re looking for a relaxed, friendly stay where you’re looked after properly, this is a great choice.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at SJ House Hotel. Its location is not right in the city center, but it is in a quiet area surrounded by greenery. The hotel staff are very helpful and always offered to drive us to the city center or on excursions. We stayed in a family room on the 3rd floor, which was really spacious. As we were traveling with children, the nice swimming pool and the peaceful evenings were a big advantage. The nearest restaurants and shopping options are about 1 km away on foot.

Lovely clean place to stay over new year

Pros: Clean, comfy, nice shower, clean bedding, nice towels, easy check in, nice pool. If you’re easy going, this is place to stay. 10/10. Highly recommended.

A peaceful stay

Pros: I loved my stay here - the place itself is so peaceful and well-maintained. But what is better are the owners. Extended my stay even as I didn’t want to leave. It would be better if you know how to drive a motorcycle but you can get a Grab or Bolt also.

Cons: No such thing.
