Great stay at Songbird Suites

Pros: I had everything I needed in this small, fully equipped apartment. The photos are accurate, and the unit was better than I expected. Was well maintained and very clean. It was one of the cleanest places I stayed in during my time in Thailand. The bed was very comfortable and I was provided with a stovetop and utensils. The location is convenient with everything you need close by. It's about 20-30 min walk to the city centre. Communication with the staff was easy and clear. They were kind to store my suitcase for five days while I was visiting north of the country.

Cons: Downside, noise from some neighbouring unit at night. Not all guests are considered of others, especially at night

Pros: Lovely property new building helpful staff with whatspp contact gor any requirements.

Cons: Bit out of town and walk into town a little bit difficult with no walkways and dark

Pros: The rooms are very clean and nice, the place is quiet but in a good position to go everywhere and the lady of the staff named Su is very kind and friendly, we really appreciated her help and kindness!

Spacious apartment outside the hubbub of Ao Nang

Pros: Spacious apartment with a comfy bed, small kitchen, and great shower. Su the host met me to show me in and left a handy folder with lots of helpful information, including getting around, food recommendations, and tours. I was also able to rent a beach towel for 40 baht from her. The energy allowance is very generous - 6 units a day is her limit, and I only used 4 units over three days and I slept with the AC on, so it's completely reasonable.

Cons: The AC is only in the bedroom, so the living room gets very hot. There is sometimes a loud call to prayer at 5am, and also roosters. The location is a little out of the way so you need a bike or scooter, or rely on taxis (Grab bikes are never available).

Pros: Had an amazing stay, it was spacious and had everything you would possibly need. Staff were amazing, very friendly and cleaned your room every 2 days to ensure your apartment was clean. They would work around your schedule when cleaning which was great. Would definetly recommend for anyone travelling to Thailand.

Ideal

Pros: This place was perfect for me. The location was only a few minutes scooter ride out of the main strip but totally away from crowds. It had a 711 within walking distance along with a place to wash my clothes. The staff were so incredibly nice and the communication with me they had was great. They cleaned the apartment every second day but always asked me when suited me for that to be done. When I arrived they offered to organise a taxi to pick me up from the airport to them and had a scorer that they organised for me waiting at the front door for very cheap. When I’m back in ao nang I will be rebooking it for sure.

Pros: I had a great stay at Songbird Suites! The accommodation is big and has everything you need. The bed is better than most hotels and the location is quiet but still close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hosts are incredibly friendly and the communication is clear. Cleaning is done every few days and they even arranged a scooter for me. I had a great stay and even extended for a week so I would definitely come back!
