Nice stay

Pros: Hotel was comfortable and room was huge. Staff were lovely

Cons: The bathroom could be updated. Clean but old

Lived up to my expectations.

Pros: The recptionist was very sweet and just wanted the stay to be as comfortable as possible, Big and clean room. Very good work space, with a big table and an office chair. Balcony with 2 chairs and a table, plenty of room. There were also a drying rack. You just tell the reception if you need to get room cleaned or missing toilet paper etc. They also offer water and coffee and milk sticks. Bed in my room was big enough for 2 people without any problems. I didnt experience any noise from neighbors in the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants and shop on the street were hotel is at.

Cons: The traffic noise was too much for my liking. The road is a main road. If you were going to watch a video, without earbuds or headphones, you had to close balcony door to street. Perhaps its better if you have a room on the backside of the hotel if you like to have open balcony door.

Place is located at the center of Rawai and 15 min walk from the Nai Harn beach

Pros: Location is perfect for both beach and urban experiences, everything is close.

Pros: I extended my stay for 4 nights. I think this says more then enough.

Cons: Just a full disclosure,I switched rooms for the feeling and moved from room V4 to V2. The bed was less comfortable as before and the outside noise was a bit louder as this room is at the first floor. Regardless, on above this accommodation is more then perfect.

Pros: Very spacious room; Clean and well maintained room, Staff is very responsive and kind; Housekeeping is very friendly and kind, every two days cleaning and fresh towels; Location is middle of the town center; Bed is very comfortable; Shower is perfect with good pressure; Microwave in the room. Stayed in room V4, which is on the second floor of the building and it was perfect.

Cons: No dislikes, below is just an attention for new customers. - The traffic noise can be distracting if you stay on the front side, facing the main road but this did not bother me. Just to give a reference for people who are sound sensitive. - Note: there is no pool, keep in mind when booking. But beach is 5 min drive by scooter or grab taxi.

Cons: There is a slide electricity fluctuaction that happens in certain times.

Pros: The property was imaculate and right in the centre of shops and a short walk to the beach, staff were friendly I will definitely stay again

Cons: It was so clean modern and comfortable, large room and reasonably priced

Pros: The room was amazing it was very spacious and the bed was wonderful and the most important for me it was clean the location is perfect the beach is close and there are many restaurants and supermarkets with in walking distance the lady at the front desk was nice and very helpful if i had any questions I will come back next year for sure
