Ratana Hotel Chalong

Pros: A very calm and relaxing hotel. Amazing staff. Mali, the house keeper for my room was 10/10.

Cons: The busy roundabout outside the hotel was the only downside.

Pros: Staff are lovely and very helpful, rooms are clean, pool is well looked after. If you need anything just ask and they will help you. If urgent comes to something that needs to be changed in tge room or something not working. Will be very hard to find anything this well priced especially with all the extras of a pool, small gym, sauna. Great places to eat nearby too (which is why I keep coming back too), go to bite order a khao soy and thank me later. This is in the divers section of phuket so getting to the pier for dives is very easy too.

Pros: Big studio type unit with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is without windows but this gives much less noise at night.

Cons: Some lamps don't work. The kitchen has 2 forks/spoons/glasses while it was 3 of us. Noisy street.

Nice, basic, clean hotel with friendly staff

Pros: Easy to come and go with plenty of on-site parking if you have a car or motorbike. Secure. Friendly staff and daily cleaning of the rooms. It was relatively quiet while we were there (off season) so we hardly saw our heard any other guests.

Cons: If i had to pick anything, it would be that the beds were a little hard for my liking, but this is just a personal preference. After three weeks, I was used to it. Also, Chalong isn't a thriving hub of activity like some areas in Phuket. If you're here for any length of time, the local restaurants (which are fine) could get a little repetitive. The hotel itself doesn't have a restaurant.

Good value

Pros: Nice place. Very nice staff. Big room. Very big bed. Nice pool. Lift(nice).

Cons: Actually on the main road(not so nice) but my own fault. I could have looked better when I ordered. Cleaning is not they're speciality.

It was well placed to get to the pier for our trips

Pros: Not to far away from the town. The apartment was spacious

Fantastic holiday

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room cleaned every day. The hotel is situated on a busy main road but set back and quiet. If you hire a scooter it is an easy access point to other areas such as Rawai ,Nai Harn and Karon. Chalong peer is just opposite with some nice restaurants. I feel it’s a good location and not as expensive as the main beach areas

Cons: That I couldn’t stay longer

Pros: Close to Chalong Pier. Spacy room. Generally clean.

We stayed there when waiting for our villa to be ready was just what we needed and price was very go

Pros: Hotel was amazing for what it cost lots of parking staff were really good room was huge for my family and beds where really amazing?

Pros: The staff was very helpful in every way . Made us feel comfortable.

Cons: We stayed for over 3 weeks . Even though they cleaned every day . Floors done. But showers could do with a deep clean . Especially when gust are staying more then 2 weeks.
