Kamala Havana Hotel and Cafe

Lovely little hotel with great food and outstanding staff

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Kamala Havana Hotel. The hospitality was brilliant. We arrived quite late at night due to a delayed flight however we were greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. All the drinks and snacks in the room were complimentary, there were beach towels and a bag we could use, and the laundry service was free. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and there is a 7 eleven, as well as other shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and we loved the food at their restaurant. We would definitely return if we are ever in Kamala again!

Cons: There's nothing we didn't like.

Lovely stay

Pros: Welcoming staff who were extremely helpful. Nice room, with beach towels and bag. About 10 from the beach. Breakfast was fantastic. They washed the clothes if they were in the laundry basket. We were treated well and will come again.

Cons: We did not use the balcony due to road noise.

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect. We received 5 stars service at Havana Hotel! I appreciated their Dyson Hairdryer very much!! Also, great atmosphere qith live music at the hotel, good food and breakfast. Scooter rental is just in front and the location is perfect if youre looking for a quiet street. Thanks so much!

A Phuket Safe Haven ✨

Pros: Loved this stay at Kamala! My friend an I stayed for 3 nights in unfortunate rainy weather during November so we really made the most of the room and cafe. The staff were so friendly and kind it helped lift our mood. During our stay the room was the cleanest I’ve experienced in Thailand, and food was so tasty we didn’t want to leave! Thank you Kamala Team 🙏

Cons: Not sociable but we were looking forward a quiet stay so enjoyed this.

A super comfortable stay with amazing food, great vibes, and wonderful staff.

Pros: The hotel is very comfortable, with great rooms and an amazing breakfast. The café is a standout — delicious food and quality live music almost every night. The staff are super friendly, flexible, and really make you feel welcome. The location is also great, just a pleasant 10–15 minute walk to the beach and Kamala center.

Cons: Nothing, honestly.

Great hotel very personal

Pros: Lovley boutique hotel only 8 rooms and we were actually the only guests Disappointed restaurant was closed but breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Room nice and clean Beach towels provided. Pla looked after us very well, even doing our washing so kind. The hotel had some lovely features and would be nice to see it fully open as we saw they had music too. The owners took time to come and meet us and then gave us lovely gifts our last night such a personal touch.

Pros: Lovely stay, room was spotless with really comfortable bed. Staff were all so good, really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, great choice freshly made with quality ingredients. Delighted we chose to stay here and can highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing, owners and staff are doing a great job.

Pros: Breakfast is from the a la carte menu from the restaurant and it was very good

Cons: No swimming pool and the restaurant was not open every night, but there are a lot of alternatives in the area and by the beach.

Pros: Fantastic staff beautiful room warm friendly people who couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was outstanding with excellent choice.

Phuket holiday

Pros: Staff really looked after everyone, rooms spotless and the choice of breakfasts was very good.
