Pros: the room is great, they clean it every day, and they have a free shuttle service that takes you to close areas. the gym is ok, and they offer pool towels.

Cons: it's a bit far from the main attractions and downtown life. it's a good place if you want to relax and spend time at the hotel, rather than exploring around.

Quiet and great for the Price!

Pros: Really nice and quiet room. There is a Shuttle Bus for free to bang Tao Beach, surin Beach and Porto phuket. The Staff was super friendly! There is a 7/11, big Lotus Supermarket and indoor Tennis (:-)) only a few minutes walk away.

Great place!

Pros: Great hotel, staff were really lovely and always helpful. The pool is nice and quiet. They have a shuttle bus which takes you to most local areas. Everything you need is 5-10 mins walk but the bus was much appreciated in the hot weather. Bed is SUPER comfy, large and memory foam pillows. Views are lovely - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
