Pros: The villa is clean, big & good for families and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. The swimming pool is well maintained. Walking distance to 7 eleven, massage shops and even to Rawai Seafood Market. Location is quiet to the south of Phuket

Cons: The aircon especially upstairs can be better serviced as even when set to 20℃, the bedrooms feels stuffy. All the fans in e property did not produce wind when spinning. Suggest to change the direction of blade rotation.

Pros: Property was in a secure and convenient location with spacious rooms and a well maintained pool.

Best villa ever

Pros: Me and my family of 6 stayed there for a week and we absolutely love the place. It looks even better when you get there It was super clean , close to a 7-11 and the beach downtown Staff was there to welcome us when we got there and I would recommend this place to anybody who has to go spend some time in Phuket If you and your family are hungry, there’s a little restaurant nearby that is called Moo restaurant it’s very affordable and very good. We ate their almost every day of our stay.

Pros: Прекрасный коттеджный поселок, сама вилла (номер 19)в хорошем состоянии, мы жили две недели с 1.02.25 по 15.02.25, нам все понравилось! Все необходимое для жизни есть, посуда , плита, стиральная машина и тд. Бассейн чистый. Плата за электроэнергию составляет 7 Батт за кВт, но 50 кВт в день, было включено в стоимость. Мы доплатили всего 400 Батт.

Pros: Prima villa dicht bij de vismarkt en de boulevard. Wij hadden villa 19. De villa's zitten op een afgesloten terein met portier. Villa was netjes en de beheerder was heel coulant met in en uitchecken wat in ons geval met 2 kleine kinderen perfect uitkwam. Net voor je het terein op rijd zit er een taxiservice Roy prima bedrijf die dag en nacht voor je wilt rijden en klaar staat.

Cons: Misschien dat de bedden vrij hard zijn.

Cons: Malheureusement a notre arrivée tardive (22h), je n'ai pas été informé de la procédure pour récupérer les clefs. L'envoi d'un mail avant notre arrivée avec le numéro de la villa, le code pour récupérer les clefs serait bien pour la prochaine fois. car j'ai reçu le mail 3 jours après notre arrivée. Pour l'accueil après un long voyage, une bouteille d'eau aurait été la bienvenue.
